Perfect room for a couple. Peaceful and quiet, with a lovely view of the river. Great for walking to and from the local restaurants.

We have been many times to Apalachicola but never stayed at this hotel before. I can't say enough about this place. Probably the best views in town. Quiet and picturesque along with all the amenities. The room (302) that we stayed in was perfect and spacious. We have found a new place to stay.

Nice Hotel at the end of an industrial stretch of the waterfront...They offer K-Cups for Breakfast...but nothing else. Seems out of character!

First stayed here in 2014 and have stayed a few times after, have always loved the location, the screened in porches with a view, the spacious rooms but in our last visit noticed how the condition of the units, hotel in general have gone down. Our unit was surface clean but in great need of a deep cleaning, it also needed some maintenance issues addressed. I hate seeing this hotel/condo slowly going downhill.

It was perfect, other than parking. There’s not enough spaces close to hotel. The sofa was very old and not too comfortable unless you used pillows for support. The screens on the porch are in need of repair. However, the office was kind enough to put us senior citizens on the 1st floor because the elevator wasn’t working! Very quiet and appreciated the Old Florida vibe. Close to everything! We had an amazing time!

Huge nice apartment like room, very well stocked. Make sure you get coffee from the front desk when you check in. Very peaceful screened in balconies. Right on the water, great view of nature

Our room was quiet and very comfortable. With summer coming the screens on the porch needed attention, it was a little buggy out there.
