Excellent hotel with large rooms. Amenities is sufficient. The room is clean. Amazing apartment hotel. 

價格便宜，房間很小，但是衞生不咋地。特別是浴巾。黃色的感覺。不是很舒服。 衞生間那是超級小。但是就是價格便宜。 我去克拉科夫很多次了。住的最不舒服的一次酒店。我還連續住了三天，但是酒店服務態度很好。沒毛病。 總體不是推薦。關鍵就是衞生。

風格的酒店離中心一點點,但車道正門前。房間裏乾淨舒適,牀很方便。 每樓和接待處都有水分供水器,包括整天的和咖啡。現代酒店酒吧裏的非常美味和有品質的早餐自助餐。早餐不適合用子和深桌子的無需裝置。晚上在那兒很舒服。

歡朋和逸林兩棟在一起，乾淨、安全，旁邊路邊可以免費停車。

fue todo excelente. Buen servicio , Buen desayuno. el personal muy amable . me ayudaron con las gestiones de estacionamiento on-line , que me hubiera resultado imposible.

臨街電車🚃有點吵，新裝修，其實是在古城旁邊，接待處在古城而已…但位置很方便，去瓦維爾和火車站走路都在15分鐘內。樓下有藥店和家樂福。對麪有一家當地評價很高的餐廳。

交通便捷 出門有電車和公交車站 周圍餐廳也很多 選擇也很多 離老城步行20分鐘 離火車站步行40分鐘

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.
