橋樑套房(The Bridge Suites)

Mitigée… La chambre est très bien, grande, moderne, propre mais c’est bien le seul point fort. Dès notre arrivée, il nous a été demandé d’annuler notre réservation (par booking) pour réserver de nouveau en direct… Cela engendre un délai de remboursement et donc une sortie d’argent imprévue. La réceptionniste était cependant très gentille. Ce qui n’est pas le cas de la serveuse du petit déjeuner qu’on a l’impression de déranger. Petit déjeuner qui, par ailleurs, est presque intégralement immangeable. Il est servi à chaque table les mêmes assiettes de charcuterie et crudités, on n’a aucun choix et ce qui est servi est d’une qualité plus que douteuse. Nous avons demandé à annuler la réservation du petit déjeuner pour les prochains jours. Ce qui a été refusé, il est bien évidemment possible de nous faire annuler notre réservation à l’arrivée et repayer mais quand c’est pour nous rembourser de ce petit déjeuner plus personne ne peut modifier la réservation. Bref nous ne reviendrons pas.

J'y ai séjourné plusieurs fois. A leurs débuts, prix très corrects, service attentionné, petit-déjeuner décevant mais hotel moderne, élégant, chambres chaleureuses, bien décorées, confortables, literie impeccable. Plutôt bien situé, proche de magasins et arrêts de tram, très belle vue depuis les chambres sur la Vistule. J'ai voulu y retourner cet été mais les prix ont explosé. A savoir qu'ils facturent le lit bébé 18€ la nuit ! (du jamais vu pour ma part), et c'était gratuit au départ ! Ils répondent à moitié aux emails. On sent très peu de considération pour le client, ils ne semblent pas y tenir, assez curieusement. La direction ne semble pas dérangée par ça, elle n'y prête aucune attention. Ils ne connaissent vraisemblablement pas le principe de fidélisation du client. J'éviterai à l'avenir, j'ai d'ailleurs annulé ma réservation chez eux. Dommage parce que l'hotel est idéal à tous niveaux et le petit déjeuner est devenu excellent mais le personnel de réception et de réservation laisse à désirer. Le service commercial est tout simplement inexistant. La base pourtant ... Dommage aussi pour eux parce que je leur amenais des amis et la famille et j’espérais que ça devienne notre hotel de référence à chaque séjour à Cracovie mais ça ne sera pas le cas. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was beautiful! The view was fantastic, the room was clean, modern and spacious. The location was great for us. Not in the center but close enough that you can stroll to the center with lots to view along the way. As well as having all amenities local. We had a river view suite which was perfect. We saw some reviews regarding noise from the trams, which we did hear but didn't find too loud. Before arriving we had lots of communication from the hotel regarding our stay as well as having any questing answered within a timely manner, which I found very reassuring. We had been informed prior to our stay that we could leave our luggage in safe storage which was great to know! However when we arrived we were informed out room was ready so we could check straight in... Bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed to know or do something. Shout out to Michal on reception. Overall a hotel we would happily stay at again.

Totally recommend. The hotel is clean, modern, classy, perfectly located. Very friendly staff and brilliant generous breakfasts (if a little slow). Would definitely recommend and will certainly return.

Der Name passt: Das Hotel liegt zwischen zwei Brücken, die vom aufstrebenden Podgorze zum jüdischen Viertel Kazimierz führen. Das Hotel ist klein und fein, hat nur 23 Zimmer. Das sorgt dafür, dass man - von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise - von entspannten Mitarbeitern persönlich-freundlich behandelt wird. Stylische, warme Interieurs tragen gleichfalls zum Wohlbefinden bei. Ich hatte Flussblick und sah über eine weite Weichselschleife auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer mit Kirchtürmen und historischen Bauten - Urlaubsfeeling! Schönes Restaurant mit weich gepolsterten Sitzbänken und opulentem Frühstück auf einem Hochtablett. Komme gerne wieder...

Stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room is incredibly comfortable and clean. The view of the Vistula river is worth the little bit extra in price. Breakfast was fresh and just what was needed at the beginning of the day. The only downsides would be the proximity to the main road. It can be rather loud when trying to sleep, the trams are particularly noisy. Having said that they do leave earplugs in the room to accommodate for this. Also, the curtains don't fully block all the street lights so I did have a little issue getting to sleep. This hotel is also quite far from the main square. Fortunately, we didn't mind the walk and this only takes between 20 - 25 minutes. If you don't fancy the walk use Bolt, this will only cost you around £3 to get to the square. Overall, loved the hotel. Staff were great, it was immaculately clean and made for a great holiday.

Stayed for 2 nights. Big and spacious suites. I was honestly positively shocked considering it’s pretty cheap for a suite. Amazing view over the city and close to tram stops. Service was quick and easy. Probably the best hotel breakfast you’ll ever eat. So worth the money!!

Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing location. Love lock bridge is right outside. Easy to find and only 10-15 min walk from the main square. The room was big, stylish and very clean. The bathroom was also stunning. I ordered a bottle of Prosecco and this was chilled and on ice when we entered the room. The only down point was the sleeping, the bed was big but the covers was 2 singles rather than one double and the pillows was obviously for display only and the sleeping pillows was really flat that we had to fold them on half, not a major issue but when we go again I will be asking for extras. Will 100% be returning.
