克魯茲德特赫達旅館的評論

這間飯店位置絕佳，坐擁全景，堪稱完美。它是我住過的最美麗的四星級飯店之一，光是它就值得專程前往大加那利島。飯店一塵不染，佈置精美（我的房間甚至配備了舒適的扶手椅和沙發。帶座椅的私人全景露台也美不勝收）。公共區域同樣令人驚艷，例如配備沙發和圖書館的休息室、餐廳、全景露台以及帶全景泳池的水療花園。這裡的早餐是我在同級四星級飯店中吃過最棒的！選用當地和國際頂級食材，每天清晨新鮮烹調。鮭魚、當地山羊起司、頂級甜點等等，應有盡有。白色桌布上印有Paradores的標誌。

A vista é soberba. O quarto muito agradável mas a televisão só tem canais espanhois. No duche a água não tinha pressão. O jantar foi mau, o serviço fraco, saímos a meio... No bar não havia empregados, eram 21 horas...

Superbe vue de la chambre avec balcon. Pour le reste tres déçu de cet hôtel très impersonnel qui offre le même charme qu un hôtel de chaîne. Le service n est pas à la hauteur d un quatre étoiles. Fourmis dans la chambre, wifi qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre et problème wifi toujours pas résolu après 48hr.

This is a beautiful atmospheric hotel with a beautiful location and the rooms have wonderful views over the mountains. Worth booking for this alone- you won't regret it!  I have graded as 4 star not 5 because there was no wifi in our room and sometimes no 4G either meaning we had to sit in the lobby to do admin. Also the bath didn't work properly and there was not enough hot water for a bath on either of the occasions we tried. To be fair we didn't raise this as an issue.  The meal in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also excellent and we used an Amigo voucher to get it free on one day. Breakfast was very expensive though so we didn't have one again which was inconvenient because of the hotel's location and lack of food to buy elsewhere. There seemed to be alcohol on offer for breakfast- maybe remove this and keep prices down! The spa looked lovely but we couldn't justify the extra cost of it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.  Overall we had a fantastic stay and were very pleased with the facilities. Offering cheaper breakfasts and spa entry would turn a great experience into an absolutely amazing one.
