地理位置非常好，離馬尼拉機場T1很近，打車不超過10分鐘，完全適合在機場周邊休息，而且去SM購物中心也很近。公寓裏面很安全，大門、樓下都有保安，即使是一個人出遊也不用擔心。 冰箱洗衣機吹風機等都有，家庭入住也完全沒問題 ，性價比很高。可惜這次匆忙，樓下的泳池也沒去遊哈哈哈，下次來的話會再入住。 衞生：很乾凈 設施：很齊全 環境：很棒、安靜 服務：超nice

接待大廳的服務員和人都很包容。 游泳池和其他設施包括在內,它們不會限制您進入某些區域。 唯一的缺點是免費的洗髮水和肥皂聞起來像草。

我們在Azure的Cozy Stay度過了愉快的時光。該單位乾淨,舒適,設施齊全,設施一流,包括快速WiFi,PS5,智能電視,卡拉OK系統,甚至爆米花,使住宿愉快和放鬆。 空間維護得很好,適合家庭或團體入住。入住很順利,房東有求必應,樂於助人。位置方便,整體環境感覺安全舒適。 總的來說,這是住宿或短途度假的絕佳選擇,既提供舒適又娛樂。強烈推薦。

We enjoyed our stay! It is a very comfy unit. My family loved it! First, thank you for the contact person for being very kind and accommodating though I booked very late. He assisted us all throughout and extended extra help to get us checked in when we arrived. The unit is very clean and cozy. They have cooking utensils. Ref is clean, I really loved this. The shower has hot water. And.... there is a computer/laptop desk 🫶 which is very helpful for me since I came there to work (brownout at home). 😅 Thank you! Very great experience overall and I look forward to book the same unit again.

，我訂的是大床房。為了我姐姐和我姐夫，讓他們在吃飯之前可以放鬆一下，然後回香港工作。一開始房間還不錯，但他們說我預訂的房間有一些問題，例如電器💔。你把它們。在另一個房間裡，有兩張單獨的小床，然後淋浴間或房間的排水系統被堵塞，空調運轉不好，太熱了，所以他們又把它們放在另一個房間裡，同一個房間的單獨的床。週日我姐姐又換了房間，因為他們給的房間門不好用，關不上，他們說電池有問題。不知道，但是你的服務太差了。你毀了我姐姐和我姐夫的居家度假，我只想提供抱歉，天啊，那是什麼樣的服務💔...nakakagalit na ewan hiyang hiya aq na nagbook para sana maenjoy nila before ulit makabalik si ate sa hk ……

單位是簡單的lang hindi ganon kaganda yung房間,但良好的naman sa設施,但yung kumot nila是1人lang hina din ng空調也walang mga衛生套件

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
