尋找柏林 3 星級飯店

I only stayed one night and didn't have very high expectations for around €50 per night. I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in a single room, which has a somewhat older design. The room was clean. It faced the street, but there wasn't too much noise. This side of the building also didn't get much direct sun. Trip.com claims in the description that this hotel doesn't have air conditioning, but that's not true. Most rooms here do have it. It was 32°C outside, and the air conditioning worked well. I was able to get the room to a nice, cool temperature. The thermostat is very basic, but I didn't mind because it worked well. Only in the morning did I notice that the room became warmer, probably because the minimum temperature is controlled automatically and the outside temperature had already dropped significantly. Breakfast was included, but I couldn't use it because I had to leave before 6 a.m. There are some complimentary drinks available near reception, including coffee, tea, and water, along with to-go cups. Overall, it's a good hotel. I stayed in a similar hotel in Berlin a few months ago, but I would choose this one again because of the price and the availability of air conditioning. It's also within walking distance of the S-Bahn station. There are direct trains to the airport, city center and the main train station (S9).

The location for this hotel is ideal for exploring Berlin by foot or public transport. There are also quite a few attractions nearby or a short walk away and many good restaurants close as well. We had very few interactions with staff as we had no issues during our stay and when we did speak with them they were kind and helpful. First thing we needed was to sort out parking and that was easy because there was free street parking in the evening and on weekends so that was free during our stay. We had a quick check in too. We booked a double room for my wife and I and a single room for her mom. We both had a good amount of space and the rooms have furniture that utilize the space well including a desk, a safe, shelves with built in hangers and plenty of bars and hangers throughout the room to hang your things. There was a small TV, good lighting and some helpful lighting around the headboard. The tempurature control is good in the rooms with a thermostat on the wall that has a power button on top and controls on the front to control the air conditioning or heat. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very quiet at night so we got a good night's rest. The bathroom was small but designed well. The shower had good pressure, plenty of hot water and a good curtain to keep the water in. They provide a shampoo/shower gel combo so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products. If you book a suite you get a mini fridge and kettle but the regular rooms have neither. There are tea stations on even floors that have a nice filtered water dispenser that does hot, cold and room temperature water.

酒店房間挺寬敞，設施也比較新。柏林是我的中轉點到這裏已經是下午三四點了，選擇這家酒店就為方便快速打卡城市中感興趣的地方。買了公交一日票，第一站就去了查理檢查哨，然後勃蘭登堡門，國會大廈，最後柏林牆（東邊畫廊），這一圈兩三個小時夠了，時間可控。遊覽完成回到酒店，在街角看到路口有家餐廳人挺多就進去吃了晚餐。總體體驗不錯，是個合理的選擇。

我們住在家庭房-但它很小-幾乎沒有房間可以移動!我沒想到有套房,但我絕對期望有家庭大小的房間-不是雙人間,但可以加牀-特別是價格!它很小,浴室有推拉門,以節省空間,但(設計上)它沒有正確關閉,所以一路上有一個缺口,它沒有鎖定 - 所以沒有隱私! 工作人員本來可以更友好的。 然而 - 早餐非常好!種類繁多。 位置優越。

我度過了一個很棒的住!房間很寬,乾淨,味道很配套,所以我覺得周圍很舒服

可以自助入住，體驗很不錯，房間裏有洗碗機，微波爐，鍋碗瓢盆，餐具，冰箱，太齊全了，感覺想租在這裏了，風景也不錯，外邊是火車軌道，稍微有點吵，但是我可以接受，關窗之後就沒什麼聲音了，下次還會定這裏。

我 有一次難忘的酒店體驗,到了後試圖推開門,但是鎖着,沒有門鈴。正當我爲該做什麼而煩惱時,三組預訂了同一酒店的客人試圖進入,但沒有一個人可以進去。然後其中一位客人注意到一個數字鍵盤,從她的電子郵件中輸入了代碼,但沒有一個人可以進去。我們每個小組都試了他們的密碼,但沒有一個人可以進去。當我們還在煩惱時,門突然打開,一個客人出來了,讓我們都進去。那位客人解釋說,酒店給我們發了十位數的開始代碼和四位數的舒適代碼,你必須先輸入開始代碼,然後是舒適代碼,才能打開門。其他客人既有開始碼,也有舒適碼,但我的電子郵件只包含舒適碼,好心的客人檢查了我的電子郵件,確認只包含舒適碼。然後他打電話給酒店,他們說我們的預訂被取消了,因爲我們沒有繳納城市稅。但是,我在入住憑證上清楚地看到,抵達時支付了€29.90入住費。電話裏的工作人員後來說他們會給我們發郵件付款,付款後給我們一個新的開始代碼和舒適代碼。付款後,我們終於得到了一個房間。然而,在辦理入住時,我發現這不是我們預訂的帶陽台的標準工作室,而是標準工作室。我不想再打電話給他們抱怨錯誤;我只是想住一個舒適的房間。酒店位置方便,離S火車站步行約5-minute,房間總體還可以接受。
