Go-karts, miniature golf, skiing, golfing, indoor/outdoor waterpark and hiking are just several adventures only minutes away. If you would like to venture further out, there are caves to explore, vineyards to visit as well as the breathtaking Shenandoah National Park; all of which are less than 25 miles. We also offer access to the Stonewall Terrace pool with our pool pass. There is a small fee of $6 per person, kids 5 and under are free. Be sure to bring cash as they do not accept credit cards.Our home has lots of space to stretch out with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This includes a kids' suite with a TV and viewing area along with an activity table and games. There's plenty of sleeping space with a twin/full bunkbed. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a jetted tub for mom to relax and unwind. Have fun in our walk out basement which has several windows and plenty of natural light. This is home to the Gameroom with an Olhausen Pool Table, foosball table, PS4 and more. Along with an additional bedroom and full bath, we have a beverage cooler that will keep your drinks at a crisp 34 degrees.The cozy great room is open to the dining area which comfortably seats 6. There is additional seating for 4 in the breakfast nook of the kitchen. There you will have all you need to prepare your favorite meals or just grab a snack.The spacious two-car garage is set up to hold all of your gear whether it's for golfing, biking, skiing or hiking. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 18 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 15-20 minutes of the house.Other things to note- Shenandoah Wildflower is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night). We provide some helpful supplies for pet-owners.- We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this coverage is already embedded in the cleaning fee.- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.- There are two driveways that can fit about 6 large vehicles or 8-9 smaller vehicles- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. Five of the seven bedrooms, plus the downstairs living room and the downstairs game room, feature a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services.- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a $6 per person fee.- Linens and towels provided- Pack n play, high chair, kid dishes/utensils, and baby monitor provided- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book.
