斯坦福德萬豪水療飯店的評論

酒店只有Spa,沒有泳池，不適合攜小朋友入住。地點亦不方便，酒店附近並沒有什麼地方可以閒逛。酒店比較適合商務旅客。

The hotel staff was friendly, amazing, and very helpful. The room was clean. I would stay there again.

標準的幹凈舒適的房間，可以欣賞到火車和高速公路的迷人景色🛣。晚上看紅綠燈真是太壯觀了。一家不錯的咖啡店就在街對面。

我住宿期間最糟糕的部分是我房間門附近的牆壁/天花板上的電動馬達或變壓器不斷發出嗡嗡聲。永不停歇的嗡嗡聲讓人抓狂。值得慶幸的是，當空調啟動時，它淹沒了電氣嗡嗡聲，暫時緩解了這種情況。 除此之外，這是一家標準酒店，採用東海岸常見的深色木質/勃艮第/金色主題。我對房間的大小很滿意。房間非常寬敞。然而，我房間中間的地毯上有一個污漬。 工作人員並不不友好，但太忙碌了，無法真正令人愉快或熱情。大廳裡的飲料櫃大多是空的。

I booked a room. 2 hrs later I had a family emergency and couldn’t stay at the hotel. The Stamford Marriott would not refund my money. Be careful with this place. They took my money, over 320 dollars plus tax ect. And no refund. Not happy. They did me wrong.

Ceiling tile in bathroom collapsed water everywhere, the way the hotel handled this was very poor and I am still awaiting on a resolution. The experience in the dining area at breakfast was very good, great breakfast but the hotel rooms and bathrooms could use updating it's not in horrible shape but what happened to our particular bathroom was not great. This is an existing maintenance problem that is not being fixed correctly.

I did notice a lack of security in the hotel and especially in the parking area where I saw a strange person walking towards my car only to stop and run away when he saw us approaching the car… very scary!!!

The distance from the railroad station is good. Just enough to get some exercise The property itself I’d shrink but , hey, so are some of the customers like me. It’s deary and needs a face lift but do do I.

I think for the rate charged per night the absolute LEAST you could do is every day make the bed and empty the trash. It's ridiculous that you have to go to the front desk for any and every thing - coffee, amenities, extra towels. Very disappointed in that. Will look for another place to stay next trip. Even though the employees are pleasant, food good. The above is a BIG ISSUE.

They claimed there was no free breakfast because i booked through ******* and not direct. The shower was handicap accessible. I did not ask for this. After a shower the water is all over the bathroom flpor and there are no towel bars because all the walls have handicap devices. The bathroom door was a pocket door and hard to operate. I made my decision to stay there based on the free breakfast. I was willing to pay more for a room figuring i would save on the breakfast

Considering the price per night, I would call this an extremely low value for a Marriott. The first room issued to us had the heat stuck on high. The temp was over 90 deg when we walked in. The front desk quickly move us to another room. The outdoor noise from the freeway traffic, trains, and sirens was really bad, even more so considering we were on the 15th floor. The ultimate disappointment was the $15/night parking fee…TO PARK IN THE MARRIOTT’S OWN GARAGE!! Ridiculous! We will not stay their again.

It was not a good value for the cost. The facilities are tired and outdated. The staff was excellent-but that was the best thing about the property. No food available at lunch time, the room was an oven when we arrived and the overall feel of the facility was meh.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. There are many shops and restaurants located walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended.
