房間不錯，停車不方便，收費不合理，建議停在旁邊的停車場收費更便宜！

前台非常糟糕！不停的刷錯費用，本來已經通過攜程付完房費的，入住的時候又刷了三筆費用，第二天退房的時候又刷了一間房費，都是刷錯的，是我自己發現了以後，要求退款的，退款也弄得很複雜，現在衹能等看看月結單，到底有沒有退回來。朋友下的單，也是同樣！

Staff was friendly, location is great and hotels very clean with a more modern design

The staff is very customer focused.every time we came I or out the said hello welcome back or as we we’re going out they would ask can we help you with anything. They help us find the directions to the places we wanted to see .We will stay there again.

Was in town for the Bucks game, Hotel was clean and friendly staff and easy walk to the event.

Parking was not included in our rate and was $40 which was avg. for the area. Short walk to Fiser Forum, easy in easy out would stay again.

This is a great place to stay if you are going to one of the nearby theaters or the forum. Lots of good restaurants around, too.

From ease of check in to ease of parking, with comfortable large room, our stay was great! Within easy walking distance to restaurants and Fiserv. The breakfast had a nice variety.

If you stay at this hotel you better ask when you check in for your room to be refreshed or they will not do it! I was not told this upon my check in, asked the next day to have my room refreshed, but this was not even done! The manager advised that i needed to address this 24 hours before my request. So i had to clean my own room, remove my towels and garbage.

Location was perfect! We ended up doing a date night at the Bucks game because we could walk there from our hotel. Breakfast was delicious and healthy! Room was big, clean, and comfortable. This hotel definitely made me want to return for another date weekend in Milwaukee

The room was missing a shower curtain and TV remote, and low on pillows (also the pillows on the bed were horrible.

The staff, they were very welcoming and helpful, we were able to check-in almost 1 hour prior to the check-in time, which was very convenient.

Everthing since it was my very first time, the cleanness, staff was very helpful and nice.

My sister and I stayed here for a concert at the Fiserv Forum and this was the perfect distance. We were able to walk to the concert and not have to worry about ride share, parking, or being late. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff are so polite. The only think is the heater in our room is so loud and woke me up quite a few times throughout the night.
