沃科聖奧古斯丁 歷史區IHG 飯店(Voco ST. Augustine - Historic Area)

What a pleasant surprise. Had never heard of Voco. Rooms were great, people were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the cushion on the pergola bed by pool. Was not very inviting. And serve the toast warm and buttered with breakfast. Other than that we would stay there again. I wish there were more of this chain closer to home.

Instead of a warm friendly welcome at check in Jason was rude, unprofessional, and unaware of how to complete a third party check in which resulted in us paying extra per room, and not being able to use our meal pre paid credit. The restaurant was chaos the chef left in the middle of dinner service and did not return and serving staff didn't know what to do. Pool time was interrupted because the bar staff was gone after 6pm and house keeping allowed guest to make there own bar drinks (I wish I was making this up) Property reflects pictures, rooms are nice and check out staff on our last day was friendly (even the new guy was super friendly) along with the fill in chef were great, Bar staff on check out day was rude, they used fill ins from the pub. I would recommend management conduct a staff meeting, this hotel will loose valuable business if customer service and organization is not improved.

I loved the property. Great location and very comfortable beds. Our last impression was during check out. Not so great. The property manager became very flustered with an elevator issue. I was waiting for a receipt for our stay. She became agitated when she saw that we had reserved on line. She became short tempered and condescending so we decided to leave. As we went down the stairs, she was talking to another patron about us. Very unprofessional.

The only issue we had was we received wash cloths that were worn with big holes which we showed to housekeeping upon leaving and gave them to her with the hopes that no other guest receive these wash cloths in the future.

Pretty good property. Clean hotel close to the main downtown area, about a 5-6 min drive. Staff was lovely. Very dogs friendly hotel which is what I liked about it the most.

Room was fine. No cleaning, just emptied the bins and added some towels. Limited breakfast ( not included), okey but they managed to get both our orders wrong.

Our room had many broken tiles in the shower, paint peeling off the walls and rusty door frame. It was not what we expected from the images online.
