Instead of a warm friendly welcome at check in Jason was rude, unprofessional, and unaware of how to complete a third party check in which resulted in us paying extra per room, and not being able to use our meal pre paid credit.
The restaurant was chaos the chef left in the middle of dinner service and did not return and serving staff didn't know what to do.
Pool time was interrupted because the bar staff was gone after 6pm and house keeping allowed guest to make there own bar drinks (I wish I was making this up)
Property reflects pictures, rooms are nice and check out staff on our last day was friendly (even the new guy was super friendly) along with the fill in chef were great, Bar staff on check out day was rude, they used fill ins from the pub.
I would recommend management conduct a staff meeting, this hotel will loose valuable business if customer service and organization is not improved.
