"Great customer service. Rick was friendly, funny and helpful. Had a good sleep on the beds. Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice. Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome! I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5. The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black. The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there. Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty. We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬 As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up). Overall, despite the negative observations, we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again."

"This accommodation is located near St. Augustine Beach! It may be a long 5 minute walk, but it takes you to the main street. Need to walk a bit from the beach There are restaurants, pubs, gas stations, and convenience stores nearby. In the motel format often seen in American movies. Check in at the vehicle entrance As soon as you come out, it's outdoors."

"Don't stay to at the country in. Firstly there's no hiuse keepers. Same towels for 3 days. Have never been asked if we needed more. Garbage was piling up. We had to take it out ourselves daily as if we work there. But that wasn't the worst part. We were in our room , on our bed, and someone had our key card. They opened the door, apologized ,and walked out. Meaning we spent most of the day outdoors and we could of been robbed easily. The manager "mistakenly" gave another customer our room key. If you like living like a slob, no security, old worn out mattresses that will break your back, and carpet from the 60s, you should definitely stay there. Otherwise, steer clear. We will never step foot at any country in hotel again . They should be ashamed of themselves. "
