I actually didn't have that booking. But that's a place for refugees now more than traveller's

The hotel had no staff and when I was trying to get through the door with baggage there was no way to get in the door with more then one bag. I was on a hunting trip and had to leave some of my gear in the streets with the homeless. The stair well is extremely narrow and the rooms only had room for my luggage on the ground and then I had no room to walk around. We are directly over a club and the music went well into the early morning hours. The shower head was broken will would just blow off durning your shower the door wasn’t working properly and the water from the shower would go everywhere. The shower had mold in the corners and the entire place smelled of mold.

shower was dripping, the cleanliness of the room was terrible, mold on the baseboards, fruit flies in my room, on the towels, in the sink, in the shower. Overall it was disgusting, unclean and unlivable. I will NEVER RECOMMEND the hotel or stay there ever again. I loved the dining room and bar and cleaning staff. They were friendly, professional and helpful.

The shower was broke there was mold throughout the shower. The entire hotel smelled of mold. Right over top a couple night clubs that went well into the morning hour. Very narrow staircase which was hard to deal with and carry luggage. Rooms are very very small

Honestly would not stay here again. It's a self-service check in where there is a random door on the street where you enter a code to get in but basically anyone could get in through the restaurant door right next door that leads to the same staircases. You have to lug your luggage up narrow, tilted stairs; no elevator and no assistance. The room was TINY and nothing like the picture. We barely had room to walk the perimeter of the bed after luggage was in there. Shower was the tiniest and most inconvenient shower I've ever used....worse than a crew ship! The pillows and bed were flimsy and just kinda gross feeling. The room was super loud with street noise both nights of our stay. Also I called in advance to switch the credit card they would charge and they still used the incorrect card for both the deposit and the final transaction for our stay....and I got charged credit card fees for it. Very disappointed and will not stay there again nor recommend to anyone.

I understand building is old, but , one light was broken in bathroom and was never fixed in the 5 nites we stayed. Made it very dark. Garbage not emptied until we asked , and had been overflowing. Sink very, very slow to drain. Would fill to top just washing hands. Never rinsed coffee cups, spoons , coffee pot. Had to ask for coffee, creamer or sugar everyday. Never just restocked everything at once. Room faced out to parking garage which shone bright light whole night into room. Curtains did not keep light out. Had to haveA/C on 24/7 of room extremely stuffy, and it was cool outside. Outside of hotel needed TLC, and graffiti on parking garage needed to be painted over. We also left with hands full of bites of unknown origin…. On positive side , staff very friendly. Good central place to stay. Nice restaurant and bar right next door.

The room was reasonably clean but the carpet hall inside the door was disgusting/filthy. No instructions on use of window air conditioning and dials were impossible to read. No hint on what stations were available and TV was marginal. Bed was adequate. An old building that reeks of it’s age and needed updating.

This is not a boutique hotel. Despite the 6 degree weather our room was hot and we had to use the portable fan provided in the room. We could not open the window because it was screwed shut. The furniture looked like it was second hand. The carpets were old and worn. The room was tiny. The best thing about the hotel was its location which was a short walk to the harbour and restaurants. We never saw a single staff member although there was a phone number to contact someone. This hotel was a huge disappoin**ent. I can imagine it would be very hot in the summer

I would NOT recommend this property. I was supposed to have a queen bed and when I asked them about it they said it was a 'small' queen..ie double. The room is supposed to be for 2 people but you'll be tripping over each other. It is extremely noisy as there is a restaurant downstairs and you hear dishes clanking and every word people are saying. Lots of extra fees they don't tell you about. Was overcharged, they charge you to use a credit card to pay plus another s/c.
