Clean,quiet hotel. Close to interstate.

這家酒店真的很好。乾淨的。第一次住一樓。太吵了。那天早上在退房時間之前，客房清潔人員走進了我。除此之外，它很好。

Unterkunft war gut und auch das kostenlose Frühstück völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist etwas versteckt und direkt an einer großen Interstate (zur Straße hin recht laut). Man ist von dort schnell in Downtown Memphis.

House keep didn’t leave towels when i placed dirty ones outside the door. Room smells of mildew. A/C blows very cold even when you up the temperature control. You have to either keep on and be cold or turn it off and be hot. But the staff was outstanding.

First I’d like to just say the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They had a pack n play we needed to use for out 1 year old and she brought it right up to our room. So my negative review is not about the staff. My negative review is because of the condition of the property. In our room on the 2nd floor, the floor was bowed inward to the center of the room. Our toddler kept falling because it was so uneven. Then I noticed the ceiling was also bowed so much that the light fixture was popping out because it wasn’t flat. So after I saw that I was definitely concerned about the actual structure of the building. Maybe it was just our room, but we won’t stay there again because of that.

I got in very late and was looking forward to getting checked in fast and going to sleep. The lady at the front desk was on her cell and made me wait till she finished her call so I could check in and it took her more than ten mints. Once I got to my room (219) the blinds were broken and wound not close, so we had to get up early because it was so bright in the room. I told the lady at the front desk in the morning, and she was indifferent to my experience.

The computer was down when I arrived. Unable to get into room without housekeeping. No sales of snacks. Had to travel off property to buy snacks. Stinky rooms. Did not feel safe here. Would not stay here again.

Extremely loud!!! I understand it is next to highway but we stayed at places like this before and never had an issue… It literally feels like you are sleeping outside!!! Never again I would stay here…

The breakfast was cold and no microwave in the room or in the area with the food.

The tv didn't work in one room and we weren't offered any remedies or discounts. The tv in the other room worked but the channels didn't match the tv guide so it was difficult selecting a show to watch as it wasn't aligned.

People above us were extremely loud from 2-3:30 Am. We called the front desk and reported it. It took awhile to quiet down so we just left at 3:30 am

We tried to change the reservation and no one ever answered the phone. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change our route. Even ******* tried to contact them with no luck. Does anyone man the front desk?

The property was clean but still rebuilding

First visit to a TRU. It was a bit to basic for my friend and I. We will go back to other Hilton brands.
