Very clean with variety of breakfast buffet choices. Staff is also very polite and ready to accommodate guests. Nice and stylish reception area. Good security system at the gate with every vehicle checked before entering the premises.

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

Very good service. Excellent room with auto upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. It was a happy stay.

The staff were very lovely and helpful, especially Usman Tahir, Chef Waseem Khan, and the entire team. A small suggestion for improvement: please consider enhancing the breakfast menu for more variety. Everything was good at hotel, specially the housekeeping person WASEEM was very helpful with all services.m and also guide us the places to explore with best view in srinagar. All other staff members were also just a call away for the help at any time.

Its a nice cosy hotel to stay in Srinagar. Hotel looks chic and facilities are well maintained. Rooms are surprisingly big and some have balconies too which make you feel royal and welcomed. The staff is extremely hospital - Rayees at reception and Ishfaq at restaurant made is feel comfirtable and cateted to our requests with smile. Overall a great experience.

We had a v nice & amazing & a comfortable stay at Sheraton Srinagar V nice staff , v kind & caring..they were full of hospitality Thnks to Fayaz, Firdous (manager) Usama & all the other staff, They served us v well ! I highly recommend this hotel ! to anyone who wants to stay in Srinagar !

We had a great stay at this property. Rooms are comfortable. Location is 10 mind away from Dal Lake. Staff and hospitality is extra ordinary. Housekeeping can be improved a bit to take care of refills etc but nothing to complain about. Restaurant staff for ex Wasim and others are extremely courteous. Due to bad weather our flight got canceled and hotel staff was quick to reciprocate and give us a room on the fly.

All staff very friendly. Special thanks to house keeping. Bilal ,zahoor and Fahad. Chef very helpful and catered for our taste .security and door keepers are very friendly and caring . Hotel is clean and only need little attention. Great location.

We stayed here just for a night, but were very impressed with the room, service and overall experience. The hotel is overall very nicely made and very well maintained. Each and every person who served us was prompt and courteous and few even went out of their way to help and serve us.

Farookh, Ishaq, Sharif and Fayaz as servers and chef wasim khan in the restaurant are very good...they went out of their to give very good service to us ... all house keeping staff like Tahir and Tusdaq did a good job too ...we will definitely recommend this hotel...location is good...front desk staff is very good too
