紅寶石飯店(Hotel Ruby)

喜歡這家酒店。這裡沒有多餘的裝飾，但他們接受狗，有很棒的員工，很乾淨，而且位於城鎮的很大一部分。沒有大量的停車位，但他們的區域內確實有一些停車位。

Nice location. Good area to walk around and find food. The staff was helpful with my questions.

Normally I stay at this hotel even though I'm local to spokane. Always had nothing but good reviews for this place. At my last stay earlier this month, an iPad and a handheld mirror of decent size, that's why I'm going to miss it, was left in the room. Should I have been a better client to double check my room yes. But the fact that it was not reported by housekeeping staff when they clean the room and then the response by management was very disingenuous. Unfortunately now I will have to find another local hotel when I do events downtown. I'm sad to not stay here again due to how things were handled.

The property was extremely loud, the room smelled horrible, (urine? Cigarettes, mold?) the sink wouldn't drain, there was no one there to let me in when I got there, the window wouldn't open, so the horrible smell that was in the room was company for the night. When I went downstairs to request a different room, the staff had left again and there was no one there to make any requests to unless I dial the number and waited for them to come back to address my problems. Just super ridiculous, beyond false representation on the website. Just yuck. Pay $20 more and continue with a great experience in Spokane....Don't do it here.

Do not stay at hotel Ruby. Pay the extra money and stay at one of the Davenports, you’ll be happy you did. Hotel Ruby literally only has like 10 parking spots. When we arrived there was none left, so the attendant told us we had to park at one of their overflow lots at a sister hotel a couple blocks away. Both of these lots were also fills we drove around for a half hour and finally had to pay for our own parking in a public lot. The rooms are sub par. Big hairball on tbe floor, black and red furniture which was just odd. Stay somewhere else.

We booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was the Ruby River. When we arrived we were very disappointed but thought maybe we'd give it a shot since we would not be able to get a refund. The desk person told us they get a lot of people who make the same mistake :( ... Not a good sign. The parking lot is very small & when we asked the desk person where we could park if we got back late & it was full, she said we REALLY wanted to park in their main lot because they could not guarantee the safety of our vehicle in their overflow lot. We decided to eat the cost and go somewhere else. We gave them back the room keys & parking pass & said we would not be staying... they still charged us for parking. Not a nice place, never again!

We booked the wrong hotel. We were expecting Ruby River inn. No pool. Our room was right above a nightclub. Very noisy. 2 garbage trucks at 12 and 1 am. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are into the party scene.

The room was clean but not comfortable. It was cold, especially the floor. The heater made a lot of noise and cut in all night long. The bathroom was average but they are starting to grow a mold problem.
