格洛波飯店(Hotel Globo)

Hay dos tipos de habitaciones por lo visto la económica que está en un Sotano que huele a humedad y dormimos allí una noche, pero en ningún caso lo ponía en la reserva. Al reclamar dicho extremo con el consiguiente disgusto ya que nos decían que era la que había nos pasaron a una habitación en la segunda planta. Hotel bien ubicado a 10 minutos del centro y bien si llevas coche es buena elección porque hay opción de aparcar en la calle. Habitación de las plantas superiores son luminosas y cómodas . Lo único si vas a reservar pregunta si la habitación son las ubicadas en Sotano aunque si no te importa adelante también eran amplias pero poca luz y olor a humedad

J’ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel où j’ai apprécié l’accueil du personnel, la relative proximité du centre-ville : 10 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville, 20 minutes du port, 30 à 35 minutes de la 1ere plage. À Split, pour avoir plus proche, je pense qu’il faut payer bcp plus cher. Les chambres sont confortables, mais la déco est vieillissante. Le petit déjeuner est moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le point noir c’est la vue sur un environnement peu agréable : un supermarché et un immeuble insalubre. Ceci dit, je ne regrette pas avoir choisi cet hôtel en échange avec un autre plus moderne et plus chic au même prix mais beaucoup plus éloigné. À Split, ça vaut vraiment le coup de tout faire à pieds, sinon impossible de se garer.

There was no lounge to relax in no bar no pool. It was a good hotel for visiting the local sites. The breakfast was very poor. We went in for breakfast and there was very little left and no offer of getting anything from the kitchen. The reception staff was very helpful though.

I have been a part of this beautiful hotel for two weeks, the minute I entered the building I knew that it was going to be a one in a million experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful aroma, then I went to reception where I was met by the fabulous General Manager Marina and the gorgeous receptionist Ana. The whole atmosphere just lifted my spirits as being away from home for two weeks I knew I’d be at home here. I met all staff even the hotel owner who was a fantastic gentleman. Within two days it was like I was apart of this amazing family, Jure, Tomo, Lenard and so many more. Although a 4⭐️ I personally would give this hotel 10⭐️ Every room here is amazing comfortable, bright and the effort put into its furnishings is top class. I cannot recommend this hotel much more than I have, it’s just amazing. Hopefully I’ll be back and this time I will bring my family, love to everyone at Hotel Globo, Split, Croatia. ♥️♥️♥️

I stayed here for 3 nights and was a very good experience. I emailed the hotel before I arrived and they responded very quickly each time (less than 30 minutes) and were very helpful with my queries. The staff on the front were friendly and helpful, particularly Ana. They went out of their way throughout our stay, to give us information and help us with any questions we had. I was able to arrange the tour to Krka waterfalls through the hotel. You can also book a number of other tours at the reception. The breakfast was of good quality. The selection was not a varied as some hotels, nevertheless the food was good and fresh. The hotel room was clean, secure, with a good location in Split. It was walking distance into town. There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel too.

Es de todos sabido que las comparaciones son odiosas. Igual es que no estamos acostumbrados a los hoteles con decoración vintage y eso hace dudar en el momento de emitir una opinión. El hotel está bien, las habitaciones son muy grandes, muy limpias con los techos y cortinas altísimos. Bien acondicionado y climatizado, camas grandes y cómodas. Deberían mejorar el tema de la wifi, que cuando el hotel está lleno la conexión va a una velocidad exasperadamente lenta. El desayuno se sirve en formato bufé, todo y que no es muy diverso, esta muy bien mantenido. Está situado la diez minutos a pie de la zona de tiendas y ocio nocturno, esto puede llegar a ser una ventaja, ya que está aislado del mundanal ruido. No es una mala opción, pero los modernos, abstenerse.

Great service from the reception overall, Very helpful/serviceminded and friendly. Everything else was like expected. We did not try the breakfast but it did not look so appealing to us anyways, not so much to choose from and small. 10-15 minute walk to the town and close to Ultra festival which was the reason we came here.

We are back in this place for the second time and just as satisfied. Everything is great from location, room, and parking facility and the service from the staff is just outstanding! They tried their best to allow for late check-out even though it was a high season. Served us free coffee while we are waiting in the lobby. Nice and safe surroundings and pet friendly!
