南特中心波默海耶街廊美居飯店的評論

位置很好，周圍逛街很方便，吃飯也很多，酒店房間很小，晚上很安靜，有熱水壺是加分項 前台服務非常熱情，入住也很簡單

酒店在市中心，周邊就是商場步行街，面積不算小，性價比不錯

工作人員熱情而專業。房間裝潢不錯，但浴室有點窄。酒店的優勢在於其位於市中心。

Hôtel charmant et cosy, ambiance feutrée. Chambre supérieure très spacieuse, très bien avec notre enfant. Vraiment calme en plein cœur de ville. Le parking public Graslin à 3 minutes à pieds. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Petit déjeuner vraiment bien, il y a de tout et de qualité, produits locaux et frais (mini viennoiseries et pain de la boulangerie voisine excellents!).

First impressions are vital Unfortunately, the reception area is disappointing because there is no official reception area, it seems the breakfast area is also the reception area No sense of authority here much to my displeasure. Our room was comfortable, small, internet okay but no tea/ coffee supplied although you could pay for it down in breakfast area which I thought was a bit mean!. However, most disappointing of all, is the bleak uninspiring black walls in the room,, Gave our room quite a depressing atmosphere. Service was not great. No towels one day until we asked. The good news is that the location is excellent and the bed is soft.They allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hours. Much appreciated! Also, Nantes is a great place for a visit

This hotel is in a fabulous location. Bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. However the staff are not of the same quality. Our room had a bath but the plug did not work and so the water just drained out as fast as it came out of the taps. The device on the side of the bath was broken and thus the plug was useless. I mentioned to the girl on reception that there was a problem with the bath and it needed fixing. She told me she would get it fixed. Nobody arrived to fix it that day so I explained the situation to another girl the following day. Again nothing happened. Both girls were not interested and ghisvreflects very poorly on the hotel and the Mercure group in general.

Week-end à Nantes en amoureux réussi grâce à cet hôtel très charmant. Equipe très agréable, petit déjeuner avec de beaux produits principalement d'origine local. Très bien placé dans la zone piétonne, on peut découvrir facilement la ville. C'est vraiment parfait.

Un très bel hôtel dans le centre ville de Nantes et à deux pas du passage Pommeraye. La chambre est élégante et décorée avec soin. (Produits Nuxe dans la salle de bain !) Le petit déjeuner est très bien, large choix et produits de qualité. L’équipe de l’hôtel est très sympathique et aux petits soins pour vous ! Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain passage à Nantes ! Merci !

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avec deux amies. Très bon séjour, le personnel est très agréable. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses, propres. Les produits Nuxe sont vraiment très agréables à utiliser. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est plutôt varié avec des oeufs, bacon, fromage, fruits, yaourts et viennoiseries. Une belle gamme de thé également.

真的非常好！受到的歡迎非常好，房間乾淨安靜，配備了空調，都在市中心的核心地帶，距離宏偉的波默海耶通道和皇家廣場僅一箭之遙！您會找到喝酒甚至吃飯所需的一切，因為真的有適合每個人的東西！

房間又大又乾淨，但是俯瞰著一個沒有風景的庭院（005號房間），進入這個庭院的方式非常巴洛克（你要上兩級樓梯，下另一個樓梯，然後上四級台階才能進入房間.. ....不實用）。沒有可用的筆（當您想透過填寫表格在房間內訂購早餐時，您必須返回禮賓台）。酒吧提供的東西很差（茶壺半滿）。房間裡的皂液器不工作。有更糟的，但也有更好的…

由於我經常出差，能找到一家讓我感覺良好並得到認可的酒店真是太棒了！很高興回到波默海耶通道美居酒店並再次與團隊見面。他們很棒：細心、樂於助人、微笑！我也喜歡早餐，尤其是每天早上從隔壁麵包店送來的新鮮糕點。總之，如果你跟我一樣想要有賓至如歸的感覺，我真的很推薦這家飯店！

Un contact téléphonique très difficile (3 appels sans réponse), des chambres très petites pour un 4 étoiles, une télévision également en modèle réduit, pas d'accès canal plus, pas de surclassement avec une carte gold,,, bref, beaucoup de déceptions pour un premeir séjour!

De l'accueil par une équipe jeune et sympathique, à la décoration type maison de famille en passant par un buffet petit déjeuner bien garni ! Tout est réuni, c'est une très belle découverte idéalement situé en plein centre de Nantes. Je serais heureux de revenir pour des séjours pro ou perso.
