優秀的酒店,在馬耳他度假,現代的,乾淨的,非常美麗的房間,這套設施有一座最新樓層的游泳池,所有客戶都能獲得,甚至在冬天裏有一座快的。工作人員非常和可用,也允許在入住前幾個小時到達時,您在特定房間裏留下行李。它位於巴士隊的頭線150米,25分鐘後到達聖利安,一小時後到達天堂灣等最美麗的海灘,再到5/10分鐘後就到達馬咖啡館。對於那些沒有在酒店選擇午餐和晚餐的人來說,酒店外面就有很多地方沒有食物選擇,而且還存在着許多“超級市場”(像在全國其他地區一樣,規模很小 ) 。唯一的罪,在早餐期間我發現一兩塊麪包有小,但我們說,食物的總體質量比足夠。總體而言,選擇這個酒店是值得的住

Thank you for the extra touch of service! Would appreciated if we were informed about the swimming pool which was undergoing refurbishment when we were there.

It’s really great. I spent a great moment in that hotel and everybody was kind and helped me a lot. So I thanked them for things those they have done for me and wow I loved their meals and their services. ❤️ The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the bedroom), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

在我們入住期間,工作人員的絕對熱情好客。我們在入住時受到餅乾的歡迎,並提供了額外的服務!房間很可愛,乾淨,舒適,有您賓至如歸的感覺。我們是在聖誕節夫婦的度假,但也有一些工作要做,房間裏的wifi連接和公共區域足夠強大,足以讓我們接工作電話。自助早餐的傳播非常驚人,他們用六種不同的方式做了雞蛋,有甜味、鹹味、熱、歐陸式,甚至傳統的馬耳他選擇今年我們所有的旅行中,這是我們體驗過的最好的酒店早餐。健身房在酒店外面的行人可見,所以很明顯地做我們的鍛鍊感覺有點奇怪。酒店有一個室外和室內游泳池,我們使用了,還有一個蒸汽房。位置超級方便,拐角就有公交車站進瓦萊塔,超市一條街向上,酒店周圍和裏面也有幾家不錯的餐廳,離Cafe Del Mar也不太遠。

Hotel ist sehr schön. Neu renovierte Gebäude. Service ist Mega, immer begrüßt werden und sehr Nett außer an Top Deck Pool, da haben wir Jacuzzi genutzt (kostenlos) aber wurde ausgewiesen für andere Gäste, obwohl es noch andere freie Jacuzzi gibt. Alles andere ist schon, vor allem zu Front Office, Floor Manager und Housekeeping. Leider hat Trip.com eine falsche Buchung an der Hotel gebucht. Laut Trip.com bekommen wir Meerblick, aber bei Buchung in Hotel bekommen wir Landblick. Zum Glück war Hotel sehr Nett und das Zimmer wurde gewechselt.

Qarwa Palace Resort and Spa: This luxury hotel brand is renowned for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Guests often comment on the friendly and accommodating staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room they gave us was not good enough, it looks like aback-up room when the hotel is almost fully booked. No towels in the room. The staff are so friendly, they was an error with the payment of my room via the agency which supposed to be fixed at the date of arrival not the check-out time, Edward seems to be the front desk manager and he has bad attitudes , he looks down on people and he does not even smile. I have worked in hospitality more than 10 years and I never seen such behaviors and attitudes from front desk managers. The hotel is super good and worth the price, especially if you booked the room with All-inclusive. I highly recommend it.
