This Doubletree Hilton has exceeded our expectations. I was worried as this hotel has only just opened after a major refurbishment, but it’s beautiful and truly worth a visit.There are still works being carried out at the beach,but plenty of spaces around the two outdoor swimming pools. We had the best customer service from Alex at reception who went way beyond his duties to find the perfect room for my husband and myself. My husband is blind and required a bath instead of a walk in shower and Alex with the help of Jonathan upgraded us to the best room ever.We can’t thank them enough for making our holiday one to remember forever.

Just back after a much needed break. I spent 5 nights all inclusive with the DTH. I was unsure as I knew before heading that they are midway through a renovation. Please note that until late July (I think) there's no beach club or even beach access or spa. You can use the public beach areas however. I was sad I didn't get to use this because it looks like it will be delightful! Jealous of those who get tp try it. If you book knowing this, then it's a fantastic place to stay. Location - good! Far enough out of the busy areas that it's quiet and close enough that you can visit easily. The hotel is beach front on the main coastal road. Great views from the front (once the cranes are gone, they didn't bother me tbh). Rooms - lovely. All you need and nice balcony. Quiet enough! Food and drinks - by far what made the whole experience for me. The hotel is only part open so I only ate at Ombre restaurant whilst I was there. All the food I had was made to order even on all inclusive and the DESSERTS were just incredible. Lovely wines and cocktails. Can even get an Aperol Spritz in the Juniper bar which I enjoyed. All in all, I think the rates are reasonable at present. It was a nice stay but will be even better once the beach bar is open! But go whilst it's nice and quiet, it's lovely.

Lovely hotel,with very friendly, helpful staff. Lorenzo went out of his way during our stay to check if everything was ok, professional, approachable and passionate in his job, a real asset to the hotel. Hotel is a good base with good bus links just a minute walk from the hotel where the buses go to most parts of the island. Will Definitely be booking again for next year.

Hotel bellissimo nella baia di San Paolo, con camere belle, moderne e pulite. La lobby è meravigliosa! Christian mi ha accolta calorosamente, il check-in è stato efficiente e il biscotto molto apprezzato! Ho amato la colazione: un buffet enorme e vario! Non è facile trovare tanta varietà anche per gli italiani all'estero. Il personale di sala era davvero attento, sorridente e piacevole. Infine, intendo chiedere dove si acquistino i loro cuscini: comodissimi. È stata una vacanza meravigliosa: di tutti gli anni che sono venuta alla baia di San Paolo, questo è stato il primo hotel che mi ha fatta sentire completamente a mio agio. Tornerò di sicuro: grazie DoubleTree!

Hilton solo di nome, hotel 4 stelle con il frigobar vuoto, grazie alla gemtilissaima impiegata ci ha regalato di mezze d’acqua, e’ il secondo giorno senza tv, niente ciabatte monouso, a parte la colazione ottima e l’impiegata gentilissima, non ci tornerei

Spend a week on Hilton Double tree, everything is perfecte, the place the rooms the clening is exelente. The sttaf is very profesional, very pleasant people , help on every way. Biljana is very profesional,very heplfull and exelent skills.

Agréable séjour, le personnel de l hotel très serviable et a l écoute. Les chambres sont propre et spacieuses. Grand merci à Biljana et Miroslav pour leur accueil, leur aide et leur gentillesses lors de nos repas du matin et du soir. On recommande
