We loved everything about the place . Lovely rooms with good facilities . Staff were amazingly friendly at all times. Food was amazing service great both in the cafe bar and the coast restaurant. We will definitely be returning and I will recommend you friends and family .

What a gem! Lovely friendly hotel. Just opposite Birkdale railway station, rooms are lovely and clean with everything you need. There is a bar and restaurant providing refreshments and meals throughout the day. Perfect location for our needs. Would definately go back.

The host was so welcoming- could not do enough to help. Room has everything you need - offering great value for Money too. A comfortable and very pleasant stay.

Had great stay for 2 nights,clean,warm,twin room with shower/toilet,tea coffee,tv,nice loction with train station a few minutes walk,places to eat and drink,fantastic all you need place,breakfast also available if required,wiĺl definately go back when visiting again,quality stay many thanks!

We had the cleanest room with beautiful decor and comfort. It puts many high class hotels to shame for pure comfort and standards. The staff are all friendly, helpful and always smiling. , nothing is too much trouble . Would recommend you try it for yourself soon. We will we hope !

Room was nice and clean but , hospitality wise was awful.my husband checked in,given brief instructions of how to get to room and into hotel part but then she rushed off because she was busy.we were not made aware of breakfast times or anything.only reading info in room did we find out that breakfast isnt served til 10am on a sunday and is also available to general public.10am is too late to start serving food and ive paid money for the privelage of been in a hotel i dont expect to wait along with general public.we wanted to be away for 9am but left without breakfast...not happy at all 😔😡

Really cute boutique hotel in a beautiful village with lots of bars and cafes nearby . They went to a lot of trouble to make sure the light up mirror was fixed in our room . Room and bathroom was snug but a big bed and had everything you need for a couple of nights stay .

Well situated for my purposes. Nice area with a number of good eateries. Room 4 was very cramped. It really should be a single room, not a double. For that reason I wouldn't return.
