南菲爾德 有停車場的飯店

1-整體來説還是比較滿意的，很乾凈 2-大堂服務也很好，很豪華氣派。 我以為網上評價説很臟亂，實際入住沒有遇到。 健身房也還不錯，而且位置距離出行也比較方便。

The building it self is in great shape. The rooms are beautiful and well adorned. Thats where the positive stay ends. The staff is the opposite of friendly and welcoming. When checking in the front desk clerk (shawn?) was very short and rude to my co worker telling him he booked my room wrong and caused him unneeded work. The next day the same man started talking back to a lady that was staying in the hotel. She asked for a trash bag and than another because they are not servicing the rooms because of covid. All my other experience with the staff have been uninviting. Seem to be troubling them to look up from there phones. On my check in day I asked the front desk to address a concern in my room. My smoke detectors (2) have been ripped of the ceiling and covered in a trash bag. 4 days later and 2 times a day I have notified the front desk and been told someone is on there way to fix and no one has done so. My room smells both of cigarettes and ****. Nothing has been done. My last night of my stay the the smoked Alarm went off at 11pm probably because of the hase that fills the hallway from all the **** smoke billowing fromm the smoke free rooms.

The hotel is incredibly clean all over, but I have to give a shout out to two employees that impacted my stay. I witnessed Kim de-escalate a situation with a guest in such a professional manner that it should be applauded. After operating our company business out of their meeting room, I encountered a man willing to work the night shift. His name is Raymone, he had kind eyes and a level of hospitality that should be recognized. The rooms are of good size, the beds are comfortable, and the overall experience at this hotel should be acknowledged. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

This is by far the worst hotel. The rooms, halls and laundry room are always dirty, with no housekeeping. Rooms are barely functional and barely attended to, with multiple rooms that don’t have the amenities listed or things like the microwave not working, bed not made, overhead light not working, towel rack falling off, urine on toilets, and bed bugs in the beds. Management is combative and unprofessional. When informed, management insinuates that I brought bed bugs with me and I should be satisfied with paying for subpar service. I have seen firsthand management cursing out staff and trying to argue and potentially fight guest that speak up about unhappiness. They are only interested in taking your money without providing service worth half the price, which isn’t much, and will charge your card for more than the room is priced at and without your permission. This was a nightmare

I recently stayed at the comfort suites and my stay was AMAZING. I booked a jacuzzi suite as a surprise for my boyfriends' birthday and it was a hit. We both enjoyed our stay, The room was very clean, and the staff were awesome. Definitely recommend.
