斯陶普21汽車旅館(Stop 21 Motel)

Do not stay here. I puked 3 times from the smell of urine. Worst place I have ever stayed in my life! Payed cash for 2 nights and stayed in my truck the first night. They would not refund me my money for the 2nd night that I did not stay. They said the owner has taken the money and left for China.

This motel looks like it is on it's last legs. The reception area is small and messy but the receptionist was very friendly. Access road to the room is unpaved and unlevel. You need a strong arm to open the stuck door and the step to get into the room was just shy of 12 inches. We had to cancel due to mobility problems (could not get in the room) and were charged $70 to cancel. We were very disappointed and will not return.

We booked the hotel and when we arrived we viewed the room before and it was too small for the family (booked wrong room). Robin at the front office went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were sold out and she called to multiple of their sister locations to find a room that fit us at the last minute. she was very understanding and did everything she could for us. :)

One of the best place to stay at, the place is clean and tidy and I would recommend to family and friends. staff is warm and welcoming makes me feel just like home. beds are very comfortable. it may not be the 5-seasons but you’ll feel comfy and safe! Affordable isn’t much these days but it works!

There is a nice table with two chairs. I woke up around midnight and I wrote a letter to my friend. It’s the second time I travelled alone and it only gets better. I was not bored. Stop 21 helped.

People were very nice. Room was clean and everything work as it should. Good wifi and the pricing was compairable to the facility.. May not be the fancest place in town but when your up atving you don't need face you need function and comfort. We will be back later in the season for another ride

Dusty, dirty floors, towels thread bare. Parking for back units is so hard to maneuver.

Very friendly staff. Room very basic but functional with small fridge, kettle and TV. Thin sheets and pillows but have control over heat/ cooling. Mattress extremely firm! Shower towels too small to wrap yourself in. Overall if mattresses in other rooms are less firm then I would stay again for a night or two but not longer.

Great welcome from Robin at arrival. She also pickup the phone quick when I called earlier with a question. Room was clean but very humid and has a bit of mold in the wall of the shower.
