Appena arrivati sembra quasi un albergo di un certo prestigio, ma non appena guardi con più attenzione ti rendi conto che non e’ così. La struttura e’ vecchia e decadente, il cibo di scarsa qualità anche se abbondante, per non parlare poi delle camere e dei bagni, sporchi e fatiscenti. Mancavano asciugamani ed acqua calda, ed il bagno era davvero uno schifo.Personale gentile per quanto completamente inadatto ed inadeguato. Avremmo voluto andarcene ma eravamo troppo stanchi e siamo partiti la mattina dopo. Unica nota positiva il manager dell’albergo che per scusarsi ci ha offerto la cena, ed il giardino abbastanza ben tenuto.

Pluspunkte: Schöne Lage am Wasser mit grossem Pool und angenehmer Anlage und auch mitunter nettes Personal. Aber: gefühlt heruntergekommenes Hotel, kein Warmwasser, zwischendurch ohne Vorwarnung abgestelltes Wasser im Bad. Für eine Übernachtung auf einer Reise ist es in Ordnung, auch Küche erfüllt minimale Anforderungen. Aber *** freut sich nicht auf die Rückkehr ins Hotel und das Essen. Für die Positiinierung als Hotel mit 4 Sternen 😂😂😂 müssten Besitzer und Management unter anderem für Bad/Warmwasser investieren und mit mehr Sorgfalt in die Aufenthaltsqualität einbringen.

Die Zimmer sind gross, aber in die Jahre gekommen mit alter Klimaanlage (unangenehm) und hätten eine Auffrischung dringend nötig. Bei einem 4* Sterne Hotel erwarte ich auch einen Safe und einen Haartrockner im Zimmer, auch in Indien. Während der ganzen Indienreise war dies auch in Guesthouses und 3* der Fall. Das Restaurant verfügt über den Charme einer Abfertigungskantine-kaltes Licht, kein Ambiente. Das Essen durchschnittlich. Das Wifi konnte erst mit viel Aufwand, auch an der Rezeption, eingerichtet werden ist unbrauchbar und fällt oft aus. Im Bald war plötzlich das Wasser abgestellt. Beim Nachfragen an der Rezeption hiess es dann, in 20 Minuten etwas sei es dann schon wieder da. Eine Vorinformation sollte *** erwarten können. Am Morgen dann nur Duschen mit kaltem Wasser! Das Personal ist nett. Die 3* gibt es nur für die Lage. Klar nicht erste Wahl vor Ort. Es versprüht weder Gastfreundschaft noch Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre.

hotel un po' vecchiotto .. il bagno orribile però poi tutto il resto è più che buono camere grandi con patio ,ok la cena la bella piscina .. stupendo il tramonto da lì ottima area massaggi ... relax e pace giardini curati e servizio attento e gentile

Nous avons apprécié notre court séjour dans l'hôtel. La chambre et la literie était très bien, spacieuse. Le dîner nous a comblés, ainsi que le petit déjeuner. En salle, le personnel était très serviable. Un Monsieur dont nous ne connaissons pas le nom, nous a aidés dans le choix de la nourriture car nous n'avons pas l'habitude. Merci à lui ( il n'était pas là le matin du 6 octobre .. Peut être son jour de repos ? ) Également, merci au chef Omesh. La piscine est fort agréable et le cadre très beau.

Beautiful lake view resort with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. The view was stunning, especially at sunrise. Great place to relax and unwind—highly recommended.

This hotel was an absolute disgrace. I wish I had done more research before as checking websites on our return it is not just us saying this recently. The hotel was scruff, badly (dangerously??) maintained. Our room was nothing like pictured. The "garden" contained an ancient noisy aircon unit that kept breaking down and I was told I had to reset the tripped fuse switch if it did go off, which I had to do in the middle of the night twice. In the end it broke down completely and we had to move rooms! The "outdoor" bathrooms are now completely enclosed to stop the flies but with no ventilation and a tin roof they were hot boxes... 45* plus... very uncomfortable. The reception area overlooked dirty, smell green ponds and the "fountains" were no better... a danger to health. I am enclosing a number of photos that I hope speak for themselves... filthy entrance to the rooms with old medication packets on the floor, dangerous paths, live wires on paths and pool chemical all over the pace, filthy unhygienic pool beds and bird poo all over the place.... horrendous, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Our local driver did say he was surprised our tour organisers had put us in an Abad Hotel. Apparently they are known locally to be terrible and are known by locals as "A-Bad Hotels"! Tells you all you need to know

Excellent service. Sijo from HK did a fentastic assistance. Breakfast livesection Renson did excellent omelet. Very good FO assistance. All are very helpfull

Pros: 1. Swimming pool of the resort is properly maintained and this is the highlight of entire resort. 2. The lake view from the resort is awesome. 3. Cleanliness is maintained inside the rooms. 4. Staff have good behavior. Cons: 1. No plain blankets are available here. All they have is heavy rajaais, which are normally used in cold places like Uttarakhand. 2. There is no wash basin inside the room even after being a cottage. For every smaller washes like hand wash, tea cup wash, you have to open the hard auto-closing door and go to washroom to wash them. 3. The resort shouldn't have chosen this area as the road to reach the resort is very narrow. Driving is too difficult here even for the expert drivers as the wider trucks also pass on this same road. 4 Commode water spills (splash-back) outside. 5. The cottages do not have enough clothe drying stands/racks. 6. The brightness of the electric light is insufficient in the cottages. Though there is a balcony through which the natural light enters into the cottage, it is difficult to make over or dress up if we want to proceed anywhere early in the morning. 7. The cottages are not women friendly. Because the standing mirror inside the room (to dress up) does not have backlights. The mirror, which actually has backlight, is fitted in washroom, which can only be used only for shaving by men and not to dress up or make over by women because of wet floor or other reasons. 8. Usually, the guests opt for such locations to enjoy local weather as well. But the cottages do not have windows to open at night and sleep. What is the use of fully air conditioned room, if you want to enjoy a cool breeze at night?

Resort is very beautifully located with a mesmerising view of backwaters from its reception. Staff is polite and ever willing to help you, A special mention of Gopika at front office and head cheff Bhagwan singh are really nice staff. But they need to maintain there rooms,as room amenities and poorly maintained and in a bad condition. To the management, invest some money on room conditions, you are very well located and take advantage of it.
