Super Hotel mit guter Laage. Moderne Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Zum empfehlen!

When I first made reservations it was my understanding that I would pay upon arrival at site but contact person phoned me the day before and said I needed to pay now. We entered the room upon arrival and it was not as advertised! Tiny room, harsh lighting with bubs and exposed wires in fan, rug was stained and turned upside down ,cabinet was dusty, out back the window was old plumbing and furniture trash. Also there was noise above us that made it difficult to sleep! We couldn't get to closet because the bed was up against the closet. Also, they didn't provide vouchers for the beach! It's a contactless checkin so we assumed vouchers would be in the room! We needed to find another accommodation that night because of the situation! We're willing to pay for first night and respectively requested a refund for for second night. They refused!

This place is a scam. The building is almost falling apart, you can hear footsteps from mile away. Checking out time is exactly 10AM. Or else if you have extension time they charge you for extra 25 dollars or 50 dollars. Other hotels are not like that. There's only 2 bath towels and 2 small towels, and the showers the water goes off to the whole bathroom because theres no barrier on the floor. I bet this was done on purpose and they only provide you small black towel to wipe all the water. It just the whole stay was horrible. The worst part is they claiming we destroyed the towels and charging for incidental damages. How is it possible that this place has a good review. I bet bad reviews goes deleted.

Originally I placed a positive review! Now I’m taking it back! They charge me $15.00 for dirty towels! Two hand towels and a wash towel. I didn’t drag the towels through the parking lot! People do get dirty especially when bike riding and going to beach. It’s Tahoe! Also, I’ve never been charged in all my travels for dirty towels!!! So, if you have kids, or like to outdoor activities, don’t come here! You’ll get charged for getting their white towels dirty!

Terrible Airbnb masquerading as a hotel. The lobby is literally stuffed to the ceiling with garbage, but you can't enter because it's a 'contactless

We could not check into our room until 6pm. So we were stuck wondering around in the freezing cold after a 4 hour drive. We still could not kill enough time so had to sit in the car. The room was literally being remodeled while we sat in the car. The paint was so strong I was nauseated the whole time. Whatever cheap chemicals and detergent they use in their washing caused my husband to break out into large raised hives over his whole body. His hands doubled in size, lips became droopy and one eye almost completely swollen shut. The Jeffrey Hotels response was, we are trying to finish up remodeling sorry about that. Oh and we will try to improve amenities. Like..what? Glad my husband is doing better after a trip to urgent care. I would not recommend this "boutique" experience. I have had better stays in a motel 6.

Stayed in a downstairs unit and you can hear every footstep that is walking above this unit. Very difficult to sleep.

First off: I’d go back. The fancy rating is an eye catcher, but you’re not gonna be staying at the Carlyle or St. Regis. It’s a motel, but a pretty good one. It’s clean. It’s comfortable. For me it’s a decent place to stay for skiing. The downsides (probably upsides for the owners): No greeting. I saw no hotel people on site. Frankly I don’t like that, but that’s just me. No bathroom to use after my long drive. Um, guys. This is not cool. No one made up my room, despite leaving the “make up the room” card on the door. (Really guys?) Do they have rooms with bathtubs? I would love that. Mine had a shower. Still, it’s a good place once you get past the techie weirdness of how they run it. The bed was very comfortable. The thermostat did the job. Like I said, I’d come back. Just don’t expect a luxury experience.
