For the price, I was expecting it to be clean and modern. The ammenties were for 60 year olds. plenty of make up remover. They served coffee from 6-9am. No kettle, no coffee maker, and no keurig in the rooms. A fridge and microwave were available. Window air conditioners. NO USB. Few plugs for charging. Plenty of wires for toddlers to play with hanging around from lack of discreet electronics.

Ma réservation n'avait pas été faite par expédia . Une chance inouie qu'il restait une chambre de disponible parce que j'aurais été obligé de me chercher une chambre ailleurs . C'est la deuxieme fois que ca m'arrive . Plus jamais je vais me servir d'expedia pour faire une réservation .

I like the amenities that it offered. I really like the hours that the pool, hot tub and sauna were open for. However the hot tub was cold when we tried to use it. The pool was warmer then the hot tub at times. They said that it would take a few hours to heat up. We ended up having to use it the morning we left since it was not running hot before thenWe were not the only guests to experience this. The night wearrived a guestwas complaining about the same thing. There was no remote to the tv or xfinity in our room. We asked staff for a remote but they forgot to give us one. We went down to ask again and they came up 30 minutes later with two different remotes. I told them I just needed the remote that turned the volume up and down and turned off the tv since we were using a chromecast to watch tv. He ended giving us the xfinity remote that did not control the power or volume. at one point our room key stopped working and we had to go down stairs and ask for another one. I also do not feel that the rooms were cleaned properly there were items from the previous guests in one of the drawers.We were also very surprised that there was no kettle/ coffee pot/kurieg in the room. In most places i have stayed at there was some kind of unit to make hot beverages and if there wasnt then there was coffee and tea provided 24hrs in the main lobby. Here there was only regular coffee provided in the morning. outside of the room you ccould get hot/ cold water but no cups were provide.

My wife n 4 yeaf old child n I had dtlrove from bangor too rochester NH. Well i typed in hoteks near by, after driving hours akready wd didnt want too drive the 30 more too stay. Well i had booked a room not even 2 hours prior but was told they couldnf cancel n i would have too pay. I dont see that as fair at all. Makes no sense, i could understand if it had been like a full day. But damn its messed up.

Having a hot tub in the room was nice but it was dirty, the hallway leading up to our room was filthy. Shower had no hot water. Was told there was continental breakfast but there was nothing but a sofa bed that was old in the breakfast area. Room was very spacious but had a hard time keeping room warm

When i entered the humid, wet, smelly lobby I was greeted with "I just sold your room". I've never been happier.

Bathroom tub floor is dented and dirty. Bed linens stained and rug dirty. Young folks in parking lot at night noisy and car alarms going off.

The room smells BAD & musty when u first step in. Can’t open the window fast enough!!! Everything is old, dated & rundown. No service of whatsoever

Very run down , hallways smelt like cigarettes, not much parking. the beds werent bad.

The room had a really bad smell and didn’t feel clean.

For the price this property was good. The lobby is not updated and when you enter there are very steep stairs to bring you to the second floor. There is an elevator in the lobby as well but is older and the older indoor pool is behind the front desk. There seemed to be a little breakfast area on the second floor where there is an ice machine and a couple vending machines. Our rom had two queen beds that we clean and comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. One of the not so desirable things were the towels in the bathroom they were yellowish and very rough. All in all the hotel was a less expensive, clean and centrally located place to stay for a night.

Walls seem thin. could here traffic. But overall for a couple of nights the stay was what we needed

It was ok 3 try’s to get checked in got woke up at 2 am from people outside turns out they were right above us which turned out not so pleasant.
