The staff were friendly, and the room was great! It was clean and spacious. Our Issue was with the location and design of the hotel. We had a room that was right outside the lobby, close to the elevators and the pool facilities. There was no separation or doors from the main lobby and every time guests would come in, you could hear everything. This hotel was located near two event centres. Whenever other guests returned (often intoxicated and obnoxious) we would hear them. i’m not just talking about normal quiet chatter or walking to your room, and open/closing the door. I’m talking about loud yelling across the hall, laughing continuing to party in the halls/in front of the elevator etc. This carried on until about 1:30am. It would be different guests, and each time, would only carry on for a few minutes, but enough time to continuously wake you up. There was nobody at the desk at those times as if you wanted service you had to push a button and i guess someone would have come down(?). In the future, I will pay more attention to where our room is located, as there was no difference or discount in the price of the room.

The hotel was very nice, however, our room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke when we came home later that night and also the next morning. Had a maid come smell it and she couldn't believe we were not smoking. Told the front desk when we were checking out the next morning and they just said sorry, didn't take any money off or comp anything.

I requested a particular room for a disabled sister. I requested a roll-in shower. You sent two emails to confirm my request but when we arrived no roll-in shower. No please with the cleanliness of the bath.

We had major issues with this property. They added charges to our bill and the bill of many others as a part of a tournament for damages that were made by other teams. It was very chaotic and the entire weekend there was poorly managed by the property.

Room and hotel were clean, breakfast was also really good. Unfortunately only giving this place 2 stars because the service was comical. Checked in at 1am on Friday morning only to be assigned a room with people already in there asleep. Went back to the desk and was called a different name even though I gave them my ID, got given another room that the keys didn’t work to. Went back a 3rd time and finally got the correct room number. Made some calls and was told someone would reach out (no one did). Went to check out Sunday morning was told by the manager I’d be refunded one night (which I booked through the hotel) and would have to call ******* to be refunded the rest (other 2 nights I booked through them). Of course ******* reached out and told me that it was a miscommunication and that they only said they’d refund me a night. I didn’t even ask for a refund initially I was just going by what I was told during check out. Definitely make sure you lock your doors when you stay here and if you stay on the 2nd floor be prepared to hear dogs barking early in the morning because they let pets stay on the 1st floor.

Dirty rooms and towels/sheets stayee uncomfortably

Never had a good sleep in this hotel, always with either a wedding or a whole night party. Will never stay here again even though this hotel is very near my old folks house. No concern with other hotel guests.

Nobody told us you had to 'reserve' the pool to swim, very unhappy little boy who couldn't go swimming. No hot water in shower on floor #4
