I was looking very forward to a 3 day stay here, but in fact, both my friend and myself got very ill and had to leave Italy abruptly. I cancelled this reservation the week before I was to have stayed there.. not in time for their very strict cancellation policy. I have written 4 times now, explaining my situation, asking that they charge a one night cancellation fee instead of full amount, they have not responded to any correspondence. They did in fact rent the room, so they in fact, will make double the revenue. This is very poor customer service. I did not ask for a full refund, I cancelled the week before, they rented the room. So, while this looks like a lovely place to stay, make sure you will not get sick, not make any changes... because they are not interested in customer service.

Everything about my stay was fabulous! The location was amazing; restaurants, bars, atm, market, gelato, shopping all within a 10(ish) minute walk (some much closer), train station within 5 minutes. The apartment where I stayed had a lovely, large balcony, a very comfortable bed, a kitchenette stocked with everything I needed (dishes, espresso maker, pans, etc), and a roomy bathroom with a fabulous shower. Lauren was my contact and she went above and beyond in every way!! Not only was she available for my questions, but she gave spectacular recommendations on everything from restaurants and bars to activities to shopping. Would absolutely stay there again!!
