We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. We had a couple of queries about getting to places and the couldnt have been more helpful. We booked a trip to Amalfi & Positano with them and it was a great trip, would highly recommend.
We had some issues with our transfer on the way home, the reception staff went above and beyond to help us with this and rectify it for us.
A stunning, peaceful hotel up in the hills away from all the hussle and bussle of Sorrento. The free shuttle bus into the centre was a god send, and probably the best aperol spritz we had on our holiday! Dont have one negative comment to say about our experience. Thank you to all the staff.

Our recent one-night stay at La Vue D’Or Hotel in Sorrento was nothing short of exceptional. We were fortunate to have a room with a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius, which truly enhanced our experience. The serene, quiet location of the hotel offered breathtaking vistas that made our stay even more memorable.
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed, showcasing a level of hospitality that went above and beyond. A special mention must be given to their thoughtful assistance in arranging for a forgotten pack of clothes to be sent back to our home in the USA—they handled this with remarkable efficiency and care.
In summary, La Vue D’Or combines amazing views, a peaceful setting, and outstanding service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Hyvä hotelli kauniilla näkymällä
Hyvin toimiva ja siisti hotelli vähän ylempänä vuorenrinteellä, josta kaunis näköala yli Sorrenton Vesuviukselle. Mukava sopivan kokoinen uima-allasalue. Hotellista on bussiyhteys Sorrentoon ja hotellin edessä myös ilmainen pysäköinti omalle autolle.

Gran opción por qué tienes la vista y el hotel. El personal divino, no se diga en el restaurante. Están para ayudarte, perfecto para personas con movilidad reducida, la comida deliciosa. Creo que en desayunos hay una área de oportunidad en las galletas y dulces, estando en Sorrento valdría la pena panes de panaderías locales y no algo comercial. El tema del transporte de gran ayuda. Sin duda vuelvo! Gracias!

After rushing around on a tour of Italy, we arrived at this hotel feeling tired. The stunning views, pool, and friendly staff were very welcome. There is a shuttle bus every hour to get to Sorrento city centre. We had a balcony with views over the Bay of Napoli. We were sad to leave.

Enjoyed the mountain top views of Sorrento and Vesuvius. Staff was really helpful, shout out to Tony in the restaurant! Really enjoyed our relaxation days there and they offered an easy day trip to the Amalfi coast at a low cost.

Great service, nice food, and most importantly the shuttle service was really convenient. I was hoping that the management can provide shuttle every 30 min instead of every one hour.
