古拉爵宮飯店

我無法用語言來形容這家酒店。太完美了。它位於索倫托老城區的邊緣。安娜貝拉是一位天使，她對我這麼好，我幾乎感到羞愧。一切都乾淨、整潔、裝潢高雅。房間很大，超級舒適，設施齊全。給這家迷人的小酒店一千顆星。甚至不要考慮住在索倫託的其他地方。

我們很喜歡在 Palazzo 酒店的住宿。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人，我們在這裡感覺就像在家一樣。我們的房間乾淨、舒適、時尚，我們特別喜歡浴室磁磚的特色。我們住在閣樓房間，但對房間空間真的沒有什麼可抱怨的，並且在那裡舒服地住了三個晚上。 這座宮殿位於索倫托市中心，地理位置優越，步行即可抵達餐廳、購物中心、海灘俱樂部、碼頭、火車站等地。我們特別喜歡戶外露台，每天早上都很期待早餐，大廳隨時都可以使用濃縮咖啡機，這也很棒。我無法用言語表達我們在這裡的住宿體驗有多棒，我強烈推薦這裡給任何想在索倫托尋找住宿的人。我們迫不及待地想回來！

The room I was assigned was tiny, in the attic, and could only be reached by climbing a flight of stairs (elevator went to the floor below). It had a tiny window, similar to something on a cruise ship, overlooking an alley. The bathroom was minuscule. The bed and pillows were stone hard. I rolled up the comforter in an attempt to get some comfort - impossible. This was probably the worst bed/pillows I've ever experienced. I could not fall/stay asleep and got as soon as I could - my back and hips were sore. The breakfast was inexpensive basic supermarket stuff - nothing fresh. I learned that the other attic room (I asked to be moved - the staff was nice and courteous) had NO window and the rest of the hotel was booked. One of the rooms has no external windows, only internal windows. I could see people sleeping on the bed from the stairs. The overall vibe is basic B&B - nothing luxurious about it. I am really puzzled re why this place gets such high ratings - I booked it based on strong reviews but it was nothing like I expected. Terrible value. A low point of my trip - could not wait to leave.
