哈姆雷特旅館(The Hamlet Inn)

Muy amplias las habitaciones, íbamos con nuestros dos hijos y nos dieron recámaras en una misma habitación. Muy limpio y bien ubicado. El único inconveniente fue que no había suficiente estacionamiento y tuvimos que dejar el carro fuera del hotel sobre la banqueta pero todo se sentía seguro, muy amables las chicas de limpieza

I am extremely sad to say that I stood here and only did the power go out but I had left my sunglasses at this location when I immediately called back and let them know they identified that they had my sunglasses. They said they would mail them out to a nice girl name Emily, I asked her if she can please get a tracking number when she did I even offered to pay she said no problem she would get them out in the mail she went on Friday. I never received my sunglasses I called back and she said she didn’t get a tracking . It’s been over a week and a half and still no sunglasses those head meaning they were a gift for my mother, who is no longer with me not only will I never save this hotel again because you guys took something that was very precious for me and didn’t return it but I will definitely advise nobody to stay here

I like that it was contactless check in with just a key code, it was convenient for shops and restaurants all around the property, but upon arrival the room did not feel very safe as my room was one of few rooms with the front door having a sliding window pane right next to the lock and door handle. Most of the other rooms all had full wooden doors without any glass sliding windows, which just seemed a lot more secure and safe. The room seemed clean for the most part, but the floor made a lot of noise just by walking across the room and having a phone conversation seemed like the whole room echoed and was very loud.

The stay at the Hamlet Inn was nice. We requested 2 beds and were pleasantly surprised that we had our own room/space. Each room had its own TV and heater. I appreciated getting the room code by text because we arrived at 9 pm. Unfortunately, the TV in my room did it work and parking was very limited. Those are minor things, I would stay there again.

Enjoyed this quaint, fun motel! Staff was great, room was really clean and very quiet. I liked that the floors were not carpeted. Very comfortable. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe here. Even had a fridge. I will definitely stay when I return.

Can't ask for a better location! Very clean, spacious room with old world charm. Remember the days when your car was parked right outside the door? No pretense that these are luxury rooms, and the price reflects that. Just across the street from restaurants and pub. One note, we missed not having a microwave. Fridge was very small.

The bed was pretty comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. However, there were brown stains on the shower curtains and the towels provided. The bathtub drain was broken, so it couldn’t be plugged. Also, none of the electric outlets worked.

This place was a piece of garbage. No furniture or pictures on the wall. No towels or soap. The shower drain was broke and worst of all there was no hot water in the shower. The coffee even ******.
