The resort was nice and most definitely the staff was amazing and dealing and helping me please my difficult partner the manager up our room to preferred members and thou out out stay kept asking was everything ok u want to thank everyone for that!!!! I didn’t give 5 stars because there wasn’t many food choices for us and our room did have a slight smell

El hotel está recién renovado!!, pasamos nuestro 7 aniversario y teníamos el plan preffered club, nos consintieron mucho!!, nos hicieron sentir especiales, nos dieron muchos regalos y atenciones, el hotel es pequeño pero bien equipado y el todo incluido funciona muy bien, la comida es rica y el licor también, el personal del hotel es fantástico!!

I read many negative reviews about the property, the beach, the food. Please believe me do not be worried about making a reservation. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to preferred club because your trea**ent is upgraded exponentially. Literally, the room is amazing and they have turn down service and there is a restaurant just for preferred guests and a bar. Every restaurant had good food and some items were better than others but all was good. The coffee and pastry place in the lobby was amazing and the bar next to that had a bartender that you will Be enthralled with. The beach is not a real beach but I could swim and did. There is a perfect and perfectly clean gym at The resort. There are zumba, stretch, and aqua aerobics classes which we did everyday. There are outside excursion activities you can book through the hotel and their pricing is good and actually beats the pricing that you can get on your own and that is sweet. We went on a pirate ship dinner cruise and they provided transportation. There are nightly shows and they are wonderful to go to

It was beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I took my wife for her birthday and she loved it! Did the private romantic dinner under the gazebo. Emanuel really went out of his way to make it special and what I wanted. The Happy birthday banner on the door is a nice touch. Nothing is ever perfect at an all exclusive resort but they really try to make it a great experience. Most of the food was good, the seafood was just ok.

When I booked this property I was a little nervous based off of some of the reviews I had come by but everything was great! The room and the property was clean, house keeping came to our room ever morning and every night and did an extraordinary job. The staff was super nice and there was never a boring day with all of the fun activities they had. Resort food is the same everywhere so I knew what to expect when going in but Gohan and Oceana both exceeded my expectations, we went to both multiple times. I definitely recommend booking under the preferred club and booking a swim out suite, it was amazing! If you’re in your 20’s-40’s check out desires bar around 11 PM, they have great music and everyone has a blast in there.

This resort is a gem. Located in a gated community with variety of shops and restaurants. From the moment you arrive-all the staff is friendly, helpful, attentive and caring, not to mention HONEST. My son forgot his wallet and was returned with everything in it. The pool area is nice and fun, staff find away to entertain the guests.

The property was great but on 3 different occasions my family and myself had things missing two of them which happen in the rooms. I had never experience this before. The hotel just told on us they would contact us in case things were reported to the front desk which of course never happened.

Todo muy bien con las instalaciones y restaurantes pero en cuestión de honestidad no. Olvide mis zapatos en la alberca justo enfrente de las cámaras ya cuando la alberca ya había cerrado y no había gente y mis zapatos nunca aparecieron solo me dijeron que si aparecían me avisaban. También a mi familiar se le olvidó su traje de baño en la habitación tampoco apareció. También de mi habitación me desaparecieron un anillo en cuál estaba guardado en un cajón. No fue una vez si no en tres ocaciones así que no lo recomiendo
