Very nice family apartment. Easy on street parking.

It was a very good hotel with clean bedrooms , and nice breakfast

This is a basic, no frills place4 star rating is misleading. My room stank with cigarettes quite badly. I asked for a new one but was told to come next morning. Breakfast is very basic, breakfast coffee from a machine is terrible, so I had to go and buy a cup from the bar which wasn’t much better but drinkable. Hotel Restaurant serves starter after the main and staff stared at me as if I was an alien when I refused to eat my starter for dessert. Ultimately, they didn’t care much what I was doing or eating as long as I paid for food. The waiter was standing right next to me typing translation in English that I had to pay but could take my meant-to-be starter away. How creative. This is certainly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. 2 stars only because I had a decent massage in the spa which as I understand run by a different company. Otherwise it is 0 stars. If you are not interested in massage, you’d better off staying elsewhere

La struttura di questo albergo è abbastanza recente e la zona, sebbene sia un po’ periferica, è servita da mezzi pubblici e metro. Il Vitosha Park Hotel ha una hall molto accogliente e finemente arredata con un bar ben fornito ma del personale inesperto e con scarsa conoscenza della lingua inglese. Infatti, nonostante apprezzassimo la volontà di venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, la comunicazione non è stata mai semplice. I servizi offerti dalla struttura sono molteplici, inclusa una piscina al coperto, una sala attrezzi e la spa, tuttavia, la pulizia degli ambienti e delle camere, in special modo i bagni, dovrebbe essere migliorata. Le stanze sono ampie e comode, con un buon segnale Wi-Fi e le notti passano serene e silenziose. La manutenzione delle camere andrebbe però fatta con maggior frequenza ed attenzione dato che nella nostra c’era un problema col funzionamento dell’asciugacapelli, una lampadina fulminata e uno specchio mancante. Come se non bastasse ci è capitata anche una piccola disavventura: al rientro in serata da una giornata trascorsa a visitare Sofia abbiamo trovato la camera ancora in disordine poiché la struttura aveva avuto dei problemi con una delle cameriere. Non avendo personale disponibile per poter pulire e riordinare la camera ci hanno proposto di spostarci in un’altra sullo stesso piano. Abbiamo accettato ma di certo questo non depone a favore dell’albergo. Tra le poche note positive il buffet della colazione che risulta ricco di proposte tra dolce e salato. Tirando le somme non posso affermare che tornerei a pernottare al Vitosha Park Hotel.

Adrien was very helpful for dinner and at the bar. It is a shame to report that at the bar, on another quiet day, a young lady was too busy giggling with another lady staff & could not be bothered to help me & lied about not speaking English & pointed to the reception when I knew what I needed was at the bar. Very bad attitude!! I found this out as I reported this to the very helpful receptionist who helped me a few times. - Another tip: 2 French couples stayed there & were appalled with the room cleaning service. Maybe French quick translation for the hotel amenities could be useful?? On a happier note, you have a great choice for your breakfast buffets. This was matched with very efficient, helpful lovely smiling waitresses Maria & Evelyn, who I came across before starting my day.

Wifi in the room non-existent. Room cleaning is average: on the first day I had to request it at reception!! In 3 days of stay sheets and pillowcases were never changed (they were in need..) A musty smell persists in the room - perhaps it comes from the curtains or poor ventilation. Breakfast: rather poor in quality. Plus : only one active coffee machine - despite a high number of guests (this forces to a long waiting lines) NO bread toaster. (Male) Breakfast staff ather rude and unhelpful.

Upon arrival, we were clearly ignored at the reception, without a greeting, and were directed to the hotel room. Once in the room, we noticed that it hadn't been cleaned, and there was mold in the bathroom. When we asked the male receptionist about breakfast, we received a rude response with an indifferent attitude. He also offered a higher breakfast price than what was listed on the website. Unfortunately, it seems that no one cleans the room unless you complain after three days of sleeping without service. This hotel has earned my first negative review.

The hotel was terrible, there was a lot of issues with the water and the service itself I couldn’t recommend you this hotel I that I will never ever come back again to this place!!!
