千禧索非亞大飯店(Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia)

I didn't know the spa was separate and had to incur a fee just to use the sauna. There was no shampoo or conditioning products in the changing room in the spa. The air conditioning was a bit hot and we had to call the engineer to lower the temperature (not very environmentally friendly) but at least our concerns were addressed quickly. Thanks

I tried to take a plate of fruit to room after breakfast and was confronted by check in breakfast staff that this was not allowed but was was allowed to take befor as fruit and cheese tray is not on breakfast menus. I felt offended and disconnected against as an American citizen who is African American. Please address this situation as we pay top notch for the rooms and we can’t order champagne and cheese and veggies before 1100. I was taken back back by the challenge. It was truly embarrassing

The property is new and has great amenities, rooms are big and very well furnished, clean and quiet. The staff is not very friendly and attentive. They wait for you to ask for help instead offering assistance and information. The service at the restaurant is very slow even when the restaurant is almost empty…

Superbe hôtel ,très bien placé. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque.Salle de sport et spa Top. Rien a dire je reviendrais. L’hôtel sent très bon , j’ai même acheté leur senteur. En plus le personnel super sympa,ils m’ont surclassé. À bientôt

My two very expensive designer shirts were missing from the wardrobe. Very disappointed. The staff didn’t take appropriate action. I don’t recommend this hotel because of the staff. Typical Bulgarian mentality. The building is amazing and views too, but is unsafe definitely. If you stay in this hotel you have to be very careful with your personal belongings. One of the staff his name is Sava was very helpful but he was the only one the rest of the staff totally useless. I still have no answer what’s happened with my two shirts. DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

only Sava and two other guys are well prepared workers. The rest are only useless. I have very bad experience in fact I forgot two of my very expensive designer shirts there and they been stolen by the cleaning staff. This hotel is not safe to stay I highly don’t recommend. If the hotel has more staff like Sava than it will work better. simply this hotel is covering the typical balcanic mentality.

Beautiful modern hotel. Specious room. Excellent breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very close to the city center . We loved it!
