The staff and the room were great. I wish the restaurant was open a little later for a Friday night. Were were held up do to westher and arrived just before 10. Othwrwise zerp complaints. Thank you to the gentlemen at the front desk who was very kind checking us in.

Every single staff member was warm and welcoming! Very accoming. Food at the restaurnt was really good and not pricey. I recommend the ultimate na hos Had a fabulous few days and won almost $800.!

We came up for the Jaycees basketball tournament and chose to stay at the ****** so we wouldn’t have to leave for food and entertainment. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfy! The staff were friendly, helpful & funny. We had a great stay, enjoyed the bar & ******, ate at the restaurant several times and highly recommend. Worth the drive back & forth to Crescent City!

All was good except for WIFI. It was advertised that free WiFi was provided but it didn’t work and we had very little cell service. WiFi connected but it was unreliable and slow. We were unable to plan our next day until we left in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay. We participated in the Thanksgiving buffet. Which was fabulous. The staff were attentive and kind. It was a plus that the pool is indoors as that made our stay more fun for our family. The pool bottom could use some maintenence. It was rough and cut the bottom of the kids feet.

We bunkered down mid way to Portland and our stay was comfortable and everyone was very warm and friendly. Great service and price would so recommend this place.

The staff was great, the room was clean. This is the perfect midway point between where we live and where my stepson lives, and we're hoping this will become a frequent stop for us. While it's not the hotel's fault, a water main broke and we lost water service overnight and had no use of facilities, access to food, etc. before hitting the road the next day. We were surprised that we couldn't get something simple like a bottle of water to brush our teeth, or anything to help us with the water being shut off.

Stayed in the Prince Island suite, loved it, don't know if I will ever get a regular room again!!!!!

Great staff , very nice room, fresh coffee in the morning, connected to ******, pool, jacuzzi, work out room, all very clean, attached restaurant, view if the ocean, fair price for room.

Dusty and the sheets seemed clean but also not. No stains but more so debris, the toilet was not fully scrubbed and the shower could use a good scrub down. I also don’t think they swept at all. There was too much dust.

Stayed here so we could visit the redwoods. Needed a place for two nights, and I was hesitant about anything in Crescent City. I've never been in this part of the country so I relied heavily on the reviews. The bed was great, the AC was easy to use and provided the background noise I prefer for sleeping. The shower was perfect and the restaurant served us two great breakfasts.
