房間還過得去，服務不好，西餐廳特意引導你去點貴的東西，點平的就沒有！方方面面都想要從旅客身上撈錢！最好過來前準備好打車的軟件，否則酒店硬要收貴3-4倍的價格！

預約了接機，結果沒來，洗澡還沒熱水。對不起這個名字

The bellboy is So nice guy and helped me a lot from check in to check out. But the frontdesk guy is making fun of him and not caliber to work in hotel. Not professional at all by making fun of his friend in front of guest. The front desk guy is with beard and moustache. Feel like pinching his Face When we made joke about his colleague the bellboy. Thumbs up to the bellboy for acting cool and dont entertain him. He was focus on his work to help me getting uber and get my luggages to uber.

Hotel mit einem unfreundlichen Personal und null Wohlfühlfaktor. Zimmer einigermaßen ok aber ansonsten einfach nicht zu empfehlen. War mit meiner Frau in diesem Hotel. Bei einer Zimmerrate von 125 US Dollar, kann ich nur sagen, dass dies in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung steht

I visited their SPA for a full body massage. There were 4 staff members present and all of them were very pleasant and friendly but not that attractive all of them were a bit chubby to fat. I was expecting smart attractive girls with hot figures for a five star hotel. Not worth the money and extra tipping (wink). Anyways planning on trying PC or Marriott SPA next.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Karachi Creek and it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with an awesome view of Ghizri Creek. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Best room service provided by Miss yaseem with smiling face and had a multiple interaction with a humble man Mr. Asif Hanif over all 5days worth staying. Room service 9/10 Lunch7/10 Dinner 8/10

The hotel is average, they are not professional at all, room service was slow but they are obsessed with taking money, even though we had given them a deposit. It was deserted, cleanliness was average. Had to call many times for room service. They call themselves 3 star but really they should be 2 star

The hotel was in a safe location with guards and security checks. Guests ranged from families to business people and included nationals and foreigners. As the creek is nearby traffic noise was minimal - allowing for a good nights rest in an otherwise loud city. The air conditioning was good and reliable. The breakfast was good with a range of Pakistani and Western options, including excellent bakery items. A small area for improvement is having a coffee machine which is better than the instant coffee which was on offer. Room service was relatively prompt. We did have to ask for an iron as there wasn't one in the room. The room and bathroom were a good size. Special mention to Vijay Kumar the F&B manager who was always courteous, as well as the Chef and waitresses. Yasmeen in housekeeping who was friendly and organised, and Aneela at front of house who was most helpful and polite.

I always choose to stay here when in Karachi as it is a great hotel - the staff are superb, the food and the service. Thankyou

Good management Good stuff, good service, but One thing missing swimming pool. But great service All staff is good, specially Mr. Hasnin Manejer of This hotel . no, any security issue Spa Is great Swimming pool is very important, thank you.

Do not expect 5 star services. Its type of 3 star hotel. Even iron was not available in the room, room looks like simple 2 or 3 star hotel
