lo unico es el ruido la habitacion 117 cada 20 min o 30 en la noche se prendia un ruido terrible de agua o gas o no se de que que no me dejo dormir, ya me he quedado aqui ante sy no me habia tocado ese ruido, fue terrible, fuera de eso el hotel es limpio, centrico cerca de monterrey 6min, 4 min del mar y hay tiendas y restaurantes cerca. el staff muy amable!

My son was scheduled to stay here and was in a terrible car accident and I found out the day after the first night he was supposed to stay there. I called the hotel and even due the circumstances they were not willing to forgive what we had paid in advance, in whole. I felt like this warranted it because it was out of our control.

Price was ok, it was conveniently located near places to eat and explore. What rubbed me the wrong way was the service. Checking in seemed ok at first, of course I had to show my ID. When it came to the "gentleman" who was working the counter, he asked me for a card. By habit I pulled out my debit card, the same one I used to book my hotel with. He then says, "oh, it's a debit card. I need a credit card". So I use a credit card. I realized he took pictures of both of my cards, for "keeping on file on the computer". I clarified if he needed only one card, he said yes. I told him to delete the other card from the computer if that's the case. He says he deleted it, when I can clearly still see it on his screen. The guy seems agitated and says: "you can go to your room now, here's your card". I grab my card and say, delete the picture. The guy says that he did, but doesn't show me because he turned the monitor from my view. I try not to think anything of it, so I get my stuff from my vehicle and as I get to the hotel room I was assigned to. The room was next to the office and was designed for people with disabilities by the way. I'm about to put my stuff inside, the employee starts shouting at me before I enter, saying: "you need to sign something, you shouldn't have left". My hands are full holding my stuff and he clearly sees it. I reminded him he told me to put my stuff in my room. He was rude and acted sketchy about everything after that. I'm not returning.

Definitivamente não recomendo. Na mesma rua ten vários hoteis melhores, com valores parecidos. Quando cheguei no local já me arrependi de ter feito a reserva. Veio um senhor desarrumado, sem sapato nos atender, a recepção tinha um cheiro muito ruim. O quarto era ok até, mas tinha um bolo de cabelo no chão do banheiro. O pior foi no checkout, estavamos com a porta do quarto aberta, era 11:15 e veio o mesmo senhor do check in informar que passamos os 15min e que tínhamos que pagar 10 dolares. Nós dissemos que estavamos colocando as malas no carro e ele disse que não interessava, pq já tinha passado o tempo. Ele só ficava falando irritado, perguntando se ia pagar em dinheiro ou cartão, que eu tinha que pagar de qualquer jeito. Não é pelo valor, mas 15 min? Nem tinha ninguém limpando nenhum quarto, ou seja, não fazia diferença nenhuma. Tivemos que pagar. Tem muitos lugares melhores perto, se puder, fuja desse lugar.

Limpio amplio y accesible la persona de front desk muy atenta y eficiente! Se l lugar limpio y cerca de tiendas o restaurantes de comida rápida! Bastante accesible el costo! Y l cuarto amplio y limpio!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel... The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable... The location is excellent because restaurants, department stores snd grocery stores are very close by... Next time that I visit the area, I will definitely stay in this hotel...

The rooms are very nice, there’s plenty of parking spots and the staff was very helpful; however, the bed covers were not clean and the room smelled like a smokers room although it was a non smoking one.

La persona de recepción fue muy amable y nos recomendó un muy buen lugar para desayunar en una plaza casi enfrente del hotel. Nuestra camarista estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Nos recomendó un muy buen lugar para comer pescados y mariscos frescos a un precio justo. Muchas gracias!

This location is very clean and friendly, and nobody bothers you here, everyone here is very nice and helpful

Really bare bones motel. Staff member I interacted with was friendly. Lots of food options around and good location. Little bit away from downtown monterey/carmel and all that glamour, but that's what I wanted. Manage expectations and everything will be okay
