皮勒希爾南海岸飯店(Sydkustens at Pillehill)

Una chicca immersa in una campagna da sogno. Per descrivere questo b&b mi vengono in mente solo aggettivi da libro delle favole. Lo definirei un luogo che fa bene all'anima! Jannike e Johan ed il loro simpaticissimo Quintus ci hanno accolte e con la loro cucina e la loro passione ci hanno fatto vivere qualche giorno di vita svedese. L'atmosfera calda e accogliente che hanno saputo creare nella loro casa si respira e si vive. Ci è dispiaciuto dover ripartire!

Dat is nog eens een verrassing! Een kleinschalig hotel met restaurant aan de zuidkust van Skane. Allerhartelijkste ontvangst met uitleg over de heerlijke kamers, Ze zijn allen naar films vernoemd. De kamer was groot en charmant met allerlei snuisterijen. Badkamer goed ingericht en twee grote bedden. Het eigen balkon met uitzicht over de landerijen en in de verte de zee maakt het beeld compleet. Het restaurant is buitengewoon goed. zeker reserveren.

Allt var väldigt bra. Både service, rummet och mat- och vinpaketet. Mysig frukostbuffé med högsta betyg för omeletten. Vi kommer garanterat tillbaks.

Ingen fungerande dusch till bastun. Samt mycket dålig värme i bubbelpoolen

Lovely place to get away from the daily chores and worries. A homely, welcoming atmosphere, where you can borrow the owners' dog for a stroll in the countryside and enjoy fine dining in the evening. Cosy, charming rooms. We will definitely return!

A unique and quirky hotel with a great concept, beautifully situated in a stunning landscape. There was a personal touch to everything, the welcome, the service, and each room has its own character. The terrace invited us to relax and enjoy a glass of vino. It was my second stay within two months, and I'd like to make this a habit!

We had a lovely experience at this small but cosy hotel in the Swedish countryside. The room was beautiful, had plenty of space, was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! We had a fabulous five course dinner with perfectly paired wine, everything was great and we had a lovely stay. If you like good food and wine this is definitely the place to go to! We are definitely going back.

We stayed in the old guesthouse „Blå Himel“. It is really VERY old and the comfort is bad. Everything is old and the whole house smells bad. The bathroom was an attached wet room. Windows could not be opened completely, so you have to accept the smell. Beds were fine, the hotel is VERY dog friendly. To us, this house should not be offered as a guest house, especially because the hotel has a better reputation! A renovation of the house should be done…

We were looking forward to a great dinner on the countryside of Scania, Sweden. Very nice location in the middle of nowhere. Food was great, well prepared. The wine to the food was a disaster. The waiter explained that my taste for wine was unique and that my judgement of the wine was wrong. The wine he just opened. Well, first the temperature of the (red) wine was 20c up and it was clear the wine was not recently opened ( colour was red-brown, so likely oxidised). My wife got the same wine, according to the waiter, which tasted significantly different. There was nothing to argue about; I was wrong. Price of a glass: SEK240,- (which is about €22-23). Would not recommend to go there, since the waiter opposing my tasting experience is “not acceptable”. Offering a new glass would be the only solution of saving his butt and having a returning customer.
