Un weekend all'insegna del relax e del benessere...tutto perfetto! Dalla camera pulita, confortevole e con una piacevole vista lago, alla spa funzionale e rilassante (la piscina riscaldata con acqua termale è il top!) e la colazione ricca e fresca. Una menzione speciale allo staff, che ha contribuito a rendere speciale questo soggiorno...tutti molto cordiali e professionali, ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e a casa. Spero di tornarci 🤩

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Continental pour la 2e fois pour les vacances de Pâques. L'accueil était parfait et toute l'équipe était vraiment aux petits soins. Nous étions en demi-pension et les plats étaient incroyables, recherchés et délicieux. Bravo aux cuisiniers! La piscine chauffée avec vue sur le lac est tout simplement un délice. Le ponteau au bord du lac pour se reposer sur un transat et prendre l'apéritif au coucher de soleil, la dolce vita tout simplement! Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme du lieu, un peu à l'écart de l'agitation du centre de Sirmione tout en étant très rapidement accessible. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement le directeur, Giovanni pour son accueil sympathique, les services rendus et l'organisation du diner d'anniversaire de notre fils. Nous remercions également Vincenzo, Pasquale pour leur bonne humeur au restaurant ainsi que le reste de l'équipe qui est au top aussi. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander l'hôtel Continental pour un séjour agréable et un accueil attentionné.

Ho trovato l’Hotel di mio gradimento, dalle piscine vista lago, alla camera con salottino, ai servizi. Personale gentile è qualificato. Posizione ottima con cena all’altezza di un 4 stelle così come la colazione. Giorni di completo relax, con negli occhi le bellezze del Benaco. Esperienza da consigliare e da rifare più spesso. Personale al Ristorante di prima qualità e ottima carta dei vini. Massaggi e saune tonificanti.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel a Sirmione purtroppo senza consultare prima le recensioni…. Avremmo dovuto. Partiamo dalle note positive: posizione sicuramente strategica e la cortesia del personale merita decisamente una menzione positiva. Questo però non basta a giustificare le gravi carenze che una struttura di questo livello non può permettersi, soprattutto considerato il prezzo di tutto rispetto. All’arrivo la reception ci fa presente che ci è stata offerta una stanza di qualità superiore rispetto a quella prenotata: ringraziamo piacevolmente sorpresi solo per scoprire che la stanza claustrofobica è a livello della più triste pensione da riviera romagnola. Materasso praticamente inesistente, arredamento insipido, bagno con doccia all’interno della vasca appena discreto, senza confezioni monouso che da un quattro stelle ci si aspetterebbe. La spa è carina come anche lo spazio delle piscine all’aperto. Abbiamo provato un massaggio veloce alla schiena che ha avuto l’effetto di peggiorare la situazione e la tensione muscolare. Veniamo al ristorante: prezzi davvero molto alti a nostro parere non giustificato dalla qualità. Se avete esigenze alimentari particolari come nel nostro caso state attenti perché nonostante gli sia stato esplicitamente richiesto purtroppo ci siamo trovati la portata sbagliata. Inqualificabile la colazione con pochissima scelta e in gran parte di prodotti confezionati. Nel complesso sicuramente non vale quello che costa.

Ein sehr professionell, familiär und gästeorientiert geführtes Hotel mit wunderschöner Poolanlage und direktem Zugang zum See. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, kundenorientiert und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut, die Mittags- und Abenkarte sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, die Qualität der Speisen hat mich überzeugt und es gab sehr passende Weinvorschläge. Unsere ganze Familie kommt gerne wieder!

Hôtel est bien situé. Toutes les personnels sont très pro, souriantes et tellement serviables. La piscine et le gigantesque jacouzzi a 35 degrés sont manignoques. Ce que j’en suis pas contente est notre chambre, impossible de dormir dans la nuit. Chambre très très petite à 350€ la nuit, surtout on a eu la « chance » d’avoir la seule chambre qui partage 1/3 du voisin. Comme la seule fenêtre est la porte fenêtre qui donne sur le balcon partagé, on a du entendre tout ce qui se passe à côté, dans la journée et dans la nuit. Pour les jours été où t’as envie de garder les fenêtres ouvertes pour dormir, c’est catastrophique. Si tu fermes cette unique ouverture de la chambre et allumes la clim, la clim sèche a mort le gorge. Pourtant je suis très habituée au clim depuis petite. Le lit est petit, de plus je suis enceinte de 7 mois, la galère toute la nuit. A part ça, hôtel est très ancien, bien entretenu. Mais cela fait quand même qu’il n’y a pas de prise dans la chambre pour charger les téléphones. Il y a aussi des autres inconvénients à cause de l’âge de hôtel, mais je dirais moins contraignant.

We chose this hotel for its location but more importantly the positive reviews and we are so glad we did! We booked a full lake view room for 5 nights via the website for our 10th wedding anniversary. Once booked we emailed to see if there was any way to secure the top floor lake view and to advise that we were renting a car from Verona airport. The manager (Giovanni) immediately replied to say we had been assigned the requested room and as we booked with them directly parking would be given to us free of charge (normally €15pd), all we needed to do was forward the car registration number once we had it to it allow them grant us entry to the restricted part of Sirmione (the historic part where the hotel is). On arrival, we were met by a porter and welcomed at reception by Giovanni & Stefano who greeted us by name, asked if we were hungry (it was 8pm) and promptly got us a table in the restaurant where we were seated & looked after by the restaurant manager (who’s name I cannot remember), who also greeted us with a warm welcome & smile at breakfast every morning! During our stay each and every one of the staff could not have been more friendly. The hotel had everything we needed from bathroom toiletries to tea & coffee making facilities in the room, an amazing heated pool outside, and a small but perfectly functional spa downstairs, which they opened for us an hour early on our last day! We will definitely return to the hotel, next time with the whole family!

The main plus for us was the location, which is at the end of the Sirmione peninsula and thus has uninterrupted views of Lake Garda. Sirmione is a warren of narrow streets so it was necessary to leave our coach (we were on a group trip) at the carpark and walk for 15 minutes to get to the hotel. Rooms were a reasonable size with the big advantage of a walk in wardrobe so great for stacking clothes, luggage etc . The bathroom was a bit on the small side and the shower over a narrow bath was too cramped. Food on the whole was good both for breakfast (we had the buffet though you could choose from an extensive menu) and the evening where we ate in three times. There was a small pool and hot tub and an extensive private deck with loungers. Staff were really friendly, particularly the guys on the bar and the lounge was quirkily decorated and had lots of comfy sofas and chairs.
