Reservations start end at 12 noon (also in weekends) in this chalet. Chalet is not suitable for disabled guests. 38 km to the east from Helsinki, sea, Köningsviken 20 m, with shared use with the owner sand beach (quite gently deepening), rowing boat. Nicely located wooden sauna cabin 35 m² by the sea. Living room/kitchen, double bed, openable sofa bed. There is also wood heated sauna, shower and WC (in the washroom) located in the same building. Terrace with furniture and kettle grill in front of the cabin. There is a place for own boat on the beach, water depth is 3 m. This rental cabin is nicely located, distance from Helsinki is less than 40 km. Small sand beach on the plot (with shared use with the owner). Other good features of the destination are well-equipped kitchen and wood-heated sauna. The nearest neighbor is the owner. Porvoo 28 km, Helsinki 36 km.

Wooden villa built on slope 1970, sauna ja shower renovated 2000. In villa there is kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms: First bed room with double bed (180 cm wide), second bedroom (also used as a workroom) double bed (150 cm wide) and sleeping sofa (120 cm wide), third bedroom double bed (160 cm wide), washroom with 2 showers, sauna (elec. stove), open porch (30 m²). Two of the bedromos are also used as owner's workrooms when there are no customers.
