My wife and I were relocated from the US to Singapore for one year. From the get go, the care, love and respect from the staff was evident. As time went on, the staff became our family in Singapore. They welcomed used each day we can came home and wished a blessed day each time we left. Headed by Asoke, the staff would rotate from week to week. Yin Yin is the friendliest and Gilbert, though quiet, always had his thumb on the situations. My personal fav is Juliya! She came and cleaned our rooms 3 times a week. She is funny and attentive! 5 stars and A+!!! Perfect location, clean and VERY easy to get around.

家人來旅行住在這裏 真的真的超級方便！就在多美歌和索美賽中間 經常走路五分鐘就到烏節路各大商場 真的很方便！家人也一直說方便 因為打車到每個地方衹需要十塊加😭酒店服務人員特別友好 見麪就會打招呼 前台也特別有耐心 像朋友一樣 來的時候聊了很久跟我們拍照啊啥的 大堂還有自行車 可以騎車 房間很舒服很大 四個人住加個床也覺得很大 設施齊全冰箱灶台廚具那些都有 二四六都會打掃衛生 住的真的特別舒心下次來會繼續定這家！

在來住烏節路希爾頓前，我們是住在吉隆坡希爾頓。那邊很臟。所以，我們對新加坡的酒店也是深入的看了網友的評論才來住的，但是網友一直差評的有幾點，我可以替他們平反一下。 1.酒店房間不小，真的要啥有啥，睡覺休息是剛好的。除非你帶着小孩想在房間裏面跑步，那就另當別論咯。 2.酒店沒有衣櫃 其實他們電視機後面夠掛衣服的地方。我剛覺除非你出來時裝秀，要不然都夠你出來掛的衣服。 3.酒店是在浴池裡沖涼，我們訂的房間它是有浴池和沖涼間。好像有兩棟樓一棟是價格低點，一棟是價格高點的。價格高的那棟廁所是有沖涼間和浴缸的。 4.酒店早餐不錯 5吹風機沒有網友説的那麼不堪，至少是個大風力的吹風機。 缺點 酒店馬桶蓋是bug，坐上去就會自動掉下來，一直會垂到你身上。 吹風機的插座蓋螺絲沒擰緊，危險 房間沒裝修味道，但感覺走廊有點裝修味道

地點超好，在索美塞和烏節路地鐵站（索美塞地鐵站更近），多個大型商場都是5-10分鐘路程。 但酒店的配套及服務十分混亂，每天打掃的房間並不乾凈，沒有每天換床單或只換部份，沒有枝裝水供應，浴室毛巾也不是每天更換。 而在辦理離開住房酒店就因系統問題，不能自助辦理，等人手連辦理手續亦用了接近二十分鐘。 早餐餐廳環境不錯，明亮，但食物選擇不算多。 整體印象除地點和早餐外就比較差，下次再來應該不會再選擇這間了. The location is superb, between Somerset and Orchard Road MRT stations (Somerset MRT station is closer), and several major shopping malls are 5-10 minutes away. However, the hotel's facilities and services are quite poor, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the bed linen is not changed every day or only partially changed, there is no bottle water for hotel guests, and the towels in the bathroom are not changed every day. And in the check out housing hotel due to system problems, can not self-service, waiting for manpower and even formalities also spent nearly twenty minutes. The breakfast restaurant is nice and bright, but there are not many choices of food. The overall impression of the hotel is poor except for the location and breakfast, I will not choose this hotel again.

裝修很陳舊，有些味道，每天進去需要先散味；衛生挺乾淨的；空調聲音是窗機，聲音比較大：被子是一層布，還有個單獨的薄毯子；位置在一個步行街裏，打車不是很方便，很多司機不認識這裏，附近有地鐵和公交，綜合來說交通算方便；周圍有bugis等購物場所；服務挺好；早餐比較簡單，附近有個雅博中心吃飯不錯；附近的森林廣場據說水很深，購物請慎重；沒有牙具，充電口也比較少，不送水。

酒店位置優越，因為新的TE線開通，門口就是地鐵站，上哪都很方便。旁邊幾個公交車站也能抵達很多地方，如果對時間要求沒那麼高的話。 樓下就有便利店可以買到EZLINK的卡，不過貴了一塊錢，倒是可以接受，退餘額也可以，不過便利店要回收卡，機場退餘額則可以保留卡做紀念。 酒店房間乾淨整潔，每天清潔，服務員態度很好。房間夠大，特別是床一大一小，特別適合家庭。早餐也非常不錯，每天都會變更部分菜式。大堂很大氣。六樓有洗衣房可洗衣乾衣，泳池小了點，不過人不多，小孩子玩的也很盡興。 總體評價非常適合旅遊度假，性價比非常高。推薦

房間開始預訂的三人房 Studio 三個人沒有空間走路放行李箱，後來加升級到另外一種房型，新加坡酒店太貴了，我覺得攜程的價格沒有競爭力。連續住了五個晚上，酒店最糟糕就是不是每天打掃衞生，需要我每天提醒，這個覺得最不合理的。早餐一般，餐廳小人很多，幾乎都是排隊，還有食物也不多，整個酒店的感受一般般。

Stayed here 12 days for business. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Easily extended my stay and the manager gave me a late checkout of 6:00pm at no charge for an 11:00pm flight. The Concierge was very helpful arranging a taxi everyday.. There is a very nice pool on the roof and used their fitness 6 of the days. The fitness center is small but it fit my needs. Bartenders at the Lobby Bar were very friendly and the food menu met my needs. Just across the street is a canopied area with 10+ outdoor restaurants. I ate many times at one of the restaurants, The Curry Culture. I should be back in Singapore within a year and expect I will stay here again.

在新加坡這個地方房間算大的，有直飲水機器這點很不錯，就是拿到的房間是浴缸的不太好，不過我也沒有備註要淋浴的，不知道備註了會不會給，拖鞋材質不太好，太薄了，每天都打掃房間，另外，酒店介紹說是收費寄存行李的，雖然我沒有寄存行李，但是看到別人寄存好像是免費的！出門就是烏節路很方便，門口不遠處就有公交車，不過我這次全程地鐵出行，走到地鐵站還是需要10-15分鐘的！酒店樓下就有個公共吸煙區，對抽煙人士有好！

都説新加坡的酒店房間比較小，這個我覺得面積可以接受，有牆置燒水的，不關的話會重複燒。所有插座都是英標，需要用轉接頭。提供一次性牙刷，拖鞋。確實新加坡的酒店不提供涼託鞋。前台我遇到好像都是英語前台。但是安保大叔是華人，樓上保潔也是華人，會講華語，每天會清理房間。好像泳池開放時間是到晚上7點還是8點。我們也衹是白天去了一下。這個酒店旅行團比較多。離烏節路很近，公交站很近。走到地鐵站還有400多米，不算近，成人沒問題。附近吃飯比較方便，有一幢樓，很多店鋪是日料店。性價比比較高。

Location is very near to orchard so it’s perfect. Basically there is not much service crew, food nor cleaners. As for cleanliness, they do not change your beddings or give you clean towels despite i am staying there for two weeks, but they do have washer and dryer but would be a hassle to wash them in such tiny spaces. They only sweep your room once a week. They only offer two numbers of small tubes of shampoos & shower gel. Overall the room is small but still enough for me. My pantry was a co-living space and I’ve got a smoking neighbours. At night the smell will easily travel to your room. You need a towel to cover the seams below the doors to prevent that. Tv was good, the supplies at pantry were good too. If I am coming back again? If there aren’t any rooms that is available in Singapore, I would.

位置不錯，地鐵出差方便，服務員挺好的，衞生還可以，空調聲音大，冰箱聲音也很大，關了就好了😁，我每次都住這裏，就是價格不穩定，好評。出門就是福康寧打卡公園，博物館也近，美術館也走路就到了，好評。

I have enjoyed my stay which will end on the 11th of November the apartment met my requirements the see I e was very good and the reception staff Wes excellent. For me the only thing I would have liked was a bigger selection of tv Chanel’s although I must admit I enjoyed not putting on the tv for entertainment. I will stay here again on my next visit and would happily recommend Orchard Point Serviced Apartments to friends and colleagues.
