錫吉什瓦拉飯店(Hotel Sighisoara)

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. Localisation parfaite dans la citadelle. Possibilité de déposer les valises près de l’hôtel puis petite marche jusqu’au parking. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La salle de bain était bien. Pour le petit déjeuner, nous avons eu droit à la carte (pas de buffet) car j’imagine pas assez de clients pour ouvrir le buffet. Un peu restreint comme choix.

The hotel is very well located, right in the heart of Sighisoara. The staff is professional, the hotel room is clean and spacious. Cleaning services 10/10. Totally recommend! Also the price is great for the value of the hotel. We were surprised by the rooms, because on booking the photos are old, furniture is different now.

Плюс отеля: расположение. Прямо в Старом городе. Высокие потолки, с косметическим ремонтом номера. Красивый интерьер в лобби и на этажах. Минус: администрация и общее безразличие. На часах 23:26 музыка в ресторане играет так, что в номере концерт. На все просьбы принять меры - полный игнор. После дня прогулки хочется расслабиться и отдохнуть. Это невозможно. Нереально громкая музыка. В лобби и на этаже прокурено. И в номерах тоже тяжелый запах. Я не могу давать рекомендаций или останавливаться здесь, но в следующий раз этот отель обойду стороной. Сервис - это самая важная часть.

El hotel está en la plaza de la ciudad,no se puede aparcar en dentro de la ciudadela ,pero dejan entrar un rato para dejar las maletas. Habitación espaciosa y cama cómoda. El desayuno correcto. El único pero es que no tiene ascensor

Hotel situato nel cuore della città vecchia di Sighisoara, con camere più economiche agli ultimi piani e le più belle tra il primo e il terzo piano. L'hotel offre una buona colazione salata(ottime le uova strapazzate), ma è scarsa quella dolce. Se si arriva dalla stazione dei treni e bus è consigliabile prendere un taxi al costo di circa 13 Lei.

We can't review the services here... The check in was really nice - the receptionist was friendly and guided us to our room. We went out to explore the citadel, which is gorgeous - and we met some friends for dinner. However - we came back at about 11.30 pm to find the hotel completely closed. We knocked on the door, rang the reception and tried to get some attention (only to hear the phone ring from outside). In a snowstorm, Eventually we had to walk outside of the citadel and check into the Doubletree Hilton at the bottom of the hill. This was an additional cost of around 550 lei (about £100). When we returned in the morning, the staff were incredible apologetic and we are not people who will be antagonistic - it wasn't the morning staff fault. They did waive the cost of the hotel, and we are only maybe £40 out of pocket, bit it was a major inconvenience. All of our luggage and some necessary medication was in there.

A friend recommended this place, however we end up walked away because the restaurant staff been very rude. We walk in and a waitress tell us to sit somewhere in the back. We found ourselves a table and sit. Restaurant manager(shift leader) approached us with an aggressive body language told us to move to another table as we are only 2 of us (with a half restaurant empty). Not the right attitude or approach. Dear management or owner please train your staff and teach them what means “Meet and Greet” or perhaps employ a hostess to do this simple and basic task, to sit guests at the table. Hope the Chef have a different attitude and the food is good! Will never know now.

古風で興味深いホテルだった。口コミにあったようにボロでは決してない。全体にゆったりしていて快適だった。

Amazing place, nice, pleasant and kind staff. The hotel has the best location possible right in the center of the city and the building itself is an old house which was repurposed and transformed leeping the old architecture alive, rooms are spacious one disadvantage is the lack of an elevator.
