龍目島歐貝羅伊飯店(The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok)

Our experience at Oberoi surpassed all expectations. It's situated across expansive grounds, which gives each guest ample privacy. Hotel design is meticulous and nothing less than what I’d expect for Oberoi. The on-site restaurant serves up excellent food with a wide selection of choices, compensating for the limited nearby dining choices. Most impressive of all was the personal and impeccable service which warrants a rating beyond the conventional scale. if possible, I would award it six stars. Highly recommend a stay at Oberoi Lombok!

Visited here in October on our way back from Gili T. It was a great way to wind down from the busy Gili T as it is super quiet and relaxing. We stayed in a two bed pool villa which despite its age was really very lovely - aided by the fantastic service of the staff. The rooms were maintained and serviced very well and the added touches of flower arrangements was appreciated. The mature vegetation and trees adds to the specialness of the resort and the smell of frangipani is everywhere. I took part in a yoga class one morning - wish it had been offered each day as it is a great way to start the day. Had a massage at the spa which was ok, had better, had worse! Food was excellent - breakfast service very good and dinner around the pool each night was excellent. The variety and standard of food was fab - the Indian selection must be tried as it was exceptional. We chatted to one of the Indian chefs one evening and you could see his passion for delivering. The only thing we didn’t really like was the dive centre. We had come from Gili where we had done some excellent dives and snorkelling with a dive shop there and the personality and attitude of the staff really makes a difference - especially when taking children out diving. The staff were just a little indifferent which to us was out of kilter with the rest of the resort. We snorkelled on the house reef there which was a nice way to spend a morning or afternoon - certainly lots to see but you need to head over to Gili to see more, including magnificent turtles. I would definitely head there again. It’s a two hour drive from the airport but the hotel offered an excellent car service.

We stayed 3 nights in March 2024 and we can not praise this place enough. Certainly living up to the Oberoi brand. You feel the positivity around, in nature because of the amazing location and in every staff's behaviour. They go above and beyond to look after you. The head chef at the restaurant cooked food that was not on the menu for our kid daily upon our request. It was our first Oberoi experience and going by the service we recieved, it will surely be first of many more to come. Thank you folks. You are doing a marvelous job.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful location on beachfront. The pool and the private beach is amazing with a great service when using the facilities. The room is excellent and spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The main Restaurant offers local food as well as indian and occidental menu for an affordable price and with excellent quality. The coktail bar is also great. The staff is available and surpass what we expect. One of the best hotel I ever went to. Thank you !

My wife and our 2 year old son stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it. I simply can't speak highly enough of the staff and the service. I've never come across that level of excellence, warmth and friendliness before. Every single person from the driver to the waiters to the spa staff to the gardeners! Everyone had a huge smile and went out of their way to make our stay special. Special thanks to the numerous staff who fed the fish with our son for hours on end and to the hotel for the nice honeymoon gifts and the gifts for our son. The grounds, the pool and the natural surrounds (ocean etc) are stunning. The restaurants are great and the food is delicious. One thing to be aware of if you haven't been to the region before, wine in Indonesia is heavily taxed so it's going to be expensive. Also compared to other restaurants in Indonesia and Lombok everything at the Oberoi is very expensive but it IS top quality so it's worth it. Just don't expect typical South East Asia prices. We had an incredible stay and can't wait to go back.

A superb hotel in a perfect location. It is impossible to find fault with this hotel and, even if you could, the helpful and happy Oberoi team would deal with it! The room was immaculate with a view to the sea and any request was met within minutes. On this trip we have stayed in many hotels (mostly 5☆) and this was genuinely the first time we really didn't want to leave!

wonderful ambience and exquisite nature from the ocean and Mt Ringani. Incredilbly friendly and welcoming staff, superb food, peacefulness, clean setting, and amazing cultural experience. This became one of the best hotels we have had. Lombok is a shining and rising star of Indonesia that far surpasses Bali
