安吉赫爾飯店式公寓(ApartHotel Anghel)

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The staffs are very helpful. Nice location. Free parking. Great value! High recommend!

Camera/appartamento molto pulito e spazioso. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 e con supplemento di 10 euro abbiamo avuto la possibilità di portare anche la nostra cagnolino di piccola taglia. Buona ubicazione. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo Consiglio.

Ho soggiornato al Aparthotel dal 24 al 27 settembre e sottolineo con piacere la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale che è presente in struttura fino alle ore 19. L’appartamento era dotato di tv, a nostra richiesta è stato disposto un letto aggiuntivo con preavviso di pochi giorni senza difficoltà, il cambio di lenzuola/asciugamani e pulizia dei locali avviene solo per soggiorni superiori ai 5gg, sono presenti le principali stoviglie per consumare i pasti direttamente in camera. La struttura gode di ampio parcheggio antistante, dista dal centro circa 20 minuti a piedi oppure è possibile raggiungere i principali siti monumentali con pullman la cui fermata si trova di fronte al residence. Non è previsto il servizio di colazione ma, accanto alla reception, è presente una macchinetta automatica che eroga bevande calde gratuitamente e di cui si può usufruire in qualsiasi momento. Noi abbiamo beneficiato di un cofanetto regalo, ma è stato possibile aggiungere notti per pernottamento aggiuntivo a modico prezzo. Corretto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consiglio l’Aparthotel anche ad altri turisti che avranno l’occasione di visitare Siena!!

Siamo andati con uno Smartbox per una notte. Appartamento pulitissimo, posizionato nelle vicinanze di Siena per arrivarci 10 minuti in macchina. Non offre colazione ma al piano terra sono presenti macchinette che permettono di farla. A pagamento possibilità di usufruire di un garage noi siamo riusciti a parcheggiare sulla strada.

Trattasi di gruppo appartamenti siti in uno stabile tipo condominio. Reception aperta mattina e pomeriggio fino alle 19. Locali puliti, ordinati, con TV clima, cucina e frigo con lavastoviglie. Viene data in dotazione biancheria per il bagno che cambiano superati i 4gg. Ottima posizione a 5 Min dal centro di Siena ed a 2 minuti da una zona commerciale colma di negozi di ogni genere.

Ottime stanze confortevoli dotate di cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata e TV grande. Eravamo una comitiva di dieci persone suddivisi in due appartamenti da cinque. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Siena il nostro soggiorno sarà qui

Right next to the reception, and directly below some of the apar**ents there is a restaurant that has live events on Saturday evenings with loud music, DJ with microphone and people dancing, cheering, clapping etc (basically like in a club/disco). We had the bedroom directly above this restaurant so we could hear everything and feel the vibrations when we put the head on the pillow. There is no reception after 7 PM but they have an emergency number that we contacted on WhatsApp to sort this out. The hotel declined all responsibility and said they can't do anything, and when I asked why they rented directly above the restaurant/disco they were rood and condescending. The party in the restaurant kept going till 3 AM when it ended up with a fight between customers right outside, below our window and next to the parking spaces for the hotel guests! When checking out we complained about the parties and the attitude of the person responding to the emergency numbers, and it turns out that they knew about the parties, and they described it as some noise and it would be a little later in the evening. There was nothing they could do except apologize, but I wonder why didn't they make any complaints for the noise to the police to ensure the comfort of their customers or at least contact the restaurant to stop at a decent hour (especially since this is a restaurant they are recommending when you check-in and on the information in the room). Surely there were solutions so that we could have been able to sleep in the room we paid to sleep in, but apparently they did not care.

Nel complesso la struttura dei mini appartamenti non è male ben curati nell arredo e dotazioni di base , un po rumoroso il bagno con scarsa ventilazione.

Siamo stati benissimo, pulizia e comfort eccellenti , appartamento molto carino e tranquillo. Lo consigliamo ☺️
