水 別墅(Le Water Villa)

I booked a room a this hotel through Trip.com at the time I was travelling to a tight budget and photos of rooms made then look more spacious than they actually were. The furniture and bed took up most of the room, there was no lock box and a flyer was taped to the wall informing guests that the cable television wasn’t working and gave us details of the free wifi. I laid down on the comfy bed and realised I could not stay in this place for a week so I checked out to find another hotel. The staff were lovely and it is a cool little hotel for the budget traveler but with no functioning tv and no lock box in the room, I would recommend it for a short stay.

A beautiful budget villa in the heart of the city with great walkability to the markets, pub street, restaurants etc. The staff were the nicest and very communicative before even getting there. They even sent someone to give me a ride from the bus station to the hotel. The rooms are clean and basic. Would recommend living here when on a budget! Of note, there is no elevator and some rooms are on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind when traveling with large suitcases.

Hotel is in a nice location for getting around Siem Reap and is very clean. The staff are really lovely: friendly and chatty. Speak very good english and happy to help at any time. It was a very easy place to be. Only downside was a rather tired room with no bedside table or bedside light and bed linen had seen better days, but was spotless. However, wasn't a 5 star hotel so didn't expect it to be 5 star and it was good value.

Very friendly and professional staff. Patric helped book transportation from the airport to hotel, as well as gave excellent site seeing information and restaurant recommendations. Great location and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The guesthouse is close to the river, market and pub street. The room had a kettle and fridge. Breakfast is available downstairs. I would stay here again.

We were greeted with a cold washcloth and orange juice! The staff was all friendly and helpful, with Patric texting information, sending a trusted driver to get us at the bus station and helping us get a bus to Bangkok . It was close to Pub Street, a great grocery store called Asian Market and some delicious street food carts. Their trusted driver took us on the day trip to Angkor Wat . The bed was comfortable, the room had daily cleaning and bottled water. No lift but the stairs are wide and easy to climb. The shower and AirCon worked well. We added days to our stay.

A very nice, privacy hotel with nice staffs. Always willing to assist on any queries. Will stay here again on my next visit. Thank you. What else should I write? Tripadvisor requires 200 min characters.

It's an small hotel in Siem Reap downtown. Very, very close to Pub Street and Old Market, but in a quiet area. To visit Angkor Temples is a good place because they can offer you guided tours or transport to airport and they deal with all these issues without any additional extra cost for you. You only pay the service to the guide or the driver. If you haven't cash, they can include in your bill together with your room. For example, for me it was very useful because before to leave Cambodia I didn't want to withdraw so much money from the ATM in order to avoid exchange later the remnant Cambodian currency to euro again. The building isn't new (there isn't elevator, but only 2 floors), but the room is very clean and the bed comfortable, and believe the price was incredible!!! They even included the breakfast. Really, I can recommend this hotel for other tourists. The staff very attentive, Patrick in reception speaks fluent English.
