首先我想説，前台收我小費的時候，那開心的都快流口水了！一個房間住宿拍的是兩個人，我一個人住，衹給我一人餐，我也可以勉強接受，那一人餐的用餐標準為什麼不在入住的時候告訴我呢？為什麼不在住宿詳情對外明示説明中寫清楚呢？為什麼不在我點餐的時候告訴我我點多了，需要加收費用呢？自助餐應該吃飽，一份餐也應該保證客户吃飽，這是基礎標準，收我24美元tutu車（市場價格10-15美金）和15美元送機（市場價格/Grab打車軟件5美金）的時候，我看你們諂媚的賺到錢的樣子，怎麼高興的合不攏嘴了呢？你們24美金的tutu車和外面10~15美金的一樣，並高了一倍多，我繳費的時候不是不知道，衹是覺得你們辦理入住就推銷，賺我錢的時候，服務還行，讓你們賺錢，結果倒好，後面沒有從你們那裡請導遊（景區裏面40美金/天__他們酒店70美金/天，小吳哥窟景區是我請的還是掛牌導遊，沒有超時加收費用這麼一説，看到我請導遊就開始用這種方式賺我錢，並馬上變成狗臉，好在有攜程在，迅速第一時間幫我解決問題，並讓我順利離開，真不敢想象，從你們哪裡直接預訂是種怎麼樣的體驗！如果説你們的排名靠前讓我相信你們的服務好，照片濾鏡過，誤認為你們住宿很當地，那我真是上一次當，管一輩子，你的硬件很差，很舊，跟鄉村結合部一樣的硬件，配不上你的圖片，再説排名，你的服務，更是和掙錢畫等號，你的位置不算最好，旁邊比你好的酒店，性價比高的，硬件好的一堆，你的餐一頓一盤飯，一杯飲料，幾塊水果賣8美金，比外面你路口賣的貴還難吃，環境更沒可比性，拍了路口的特色高檔小館菜品價格，大家隨便看，衹能説，住你這裏讓我知道了中國古話-窮上惡水出**！後附上酒吧街老市場的包車價格圖！

Great stay in Siem Reap! Clean room, friendly staff, and good location. Recommend!

The hotel service is really nice. From the first day everyone was very polite and kind with me. Everything really easy. I could book a tuktuk to go to Angkor wat and to the airport. They sent me the food to my room. They did everything really easy. The room is so big and comfortable. The pool is just amazing in hot days. I really enjoyed it. To the downtown you can go walking in 15 minutes or with a tuktuk in 5 minutes.

パブストリートから近く、周辺にスーパーもあったのでよかったです。部屋に大きなクモが出ましたが、フロントに伝えると対処してくださいました。アメニティは揃ってはいたもののドライヤーの風圧はかなり弱く、シャワーの水圧も弱かったです。

Well, all is fine just one problem, internet, it’s unusable. I can’t use my laptop or phone with this connection.

This was such a great hotel stay for my family and I. We were in a great location and could walk wherever we wanted for food. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Will recommend this place for sure.

The bathroom was massive omg XD had a great stay there! Worth it!!!

The hotel is located not too far from Angkor Wat and pub street. The rooms were nice and big, the pool was great 👍. Breakfast wasn't bad. They were also really nice to allow me to keep a durian a bought in my room and even cut and serve it to me when I was ready to it, along with keeping mangosteens in my room too.

A very great hotel with the best environment!

Nice hotel in a quiet street not far from the city center. The manager was very nice and helpful. The rest of the staff didn't really speak English. The room is quite big and the bathroom is huge, was not expecting that. Nice pool area too. Overall it's a good hotel to stay if you are in a budget

I just came back from a trip in Cambodia with me and my family, I stayed at this hotel and i couldn’t be more pleased, it’s a short walking distance from pub street which is a place with food stalls and restaurants that run at night, there is also great foods for every time of the day, the staff are extremely kind and helpful, the hotel itself also looks very traditional while still being very modern, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very accessible and affordable, I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning on visiting Cambodia.
