「We stayed in individual villa for 2days and i would say it was pleasant stay. The property was approx 2km away from main road with narrow single lane take us to the property. Hospitality is really good and they address your query/issue asap. The room we stayed had water leakage problem which was fixed at the earliest. Decent resturant with good view, you can enjoy food surrounded by nature. Food was really good and tasty. The property close to central ooty(botanical garden and boat house. Highly recommended for family if you are staying in individual villa.」

「Overall, everything was good except for one issue. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000). What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through Trip.com twice, but both were rejected. le the stay itself was satisfactory, the lack of flexibility and customer support in handling an emergency situation left a very negative impression.」

「酒店位置good......Common區域維護得很好 但是房間沒有像網站照片上反映的那樣....餐廳不好***年長雖然工作人員很好但我覺得有很多改進的餘地。...自助早餐不錯....Biryani味道不錯....食物一般不錯...結賬時要等30多分鐘酒店工作人員從房間轉移行李.....上面提到的價格差異很大trip.com和直接用hotel.....Trip.com對同一個特權套房來說少了....」
