"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Danish Villa, Ooty. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality by the staff, which made us feel right at home. Sarah, Prakash, Ramu & Shakespeare were particularly attentive, and they went above and beyond to accommodate all our preferences, making sure every detail was just right. We were thrilled to have been given the exact room we had hoped for, and waking up to one of the most picturesque views of Ooty Hill Station was a highlight of our trip. The property itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, with lush surroundings that perfectly capture the essence of Ooty’s natural beauty. A special mention goes to Kartik, the hotel manager, who made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated his efforts. We can't wait to return!"

"An awesome place to spend your time. Very peaceful atmosphere complete with privacy. Owner of the property always enquire personally about your comfort and they are flexible to serve you the way you want. Staff are very polite and helpful. Food was great for both adults and kids. An ideal place for kids to explore and for adults to enjoy the nature. There were a lot of deer's and languor's and peacocks and peahens in the premises most of the time. We could even spot a wild rabbit. We could also spot wild elephant's very near the property. Kids would really get excited playing in the river flowing on one side of the property. Even in summer water is so cool that you never feel to come out of the river. We definitely plan to visit after monsoon. Really recommend this property to all.."

"I was travelling with my husband and 3 year old kid for 2 nites to Ooty and booked this villa....Worst experience for paying for a such a huge amount ..... Coordinator was pathetic... Location was extremely inside, we actually requested police *** to allow us in that area....... Cleanliness, hygiene and room condition was pathetic.... Washroom was stinking bad, no toiletries , glass was dirty.... Flies inside the room.... AC was not working... Room was claustrophobic cz no ventilation no proper fans system ..... My kid was sweating whole nite cz no fans or AC ... We spoke to coordinator Ms. ANU immediately but she said she will fix it tomorrow and we need to adjust tonite.... we asked her if still the AC is not working than she said ...We told her that we will stay here tonite and request you to refund the 2nd nite amount ... She SAID said it's NON REFUNDABLE....she can only do the favour of refunding 1k as amount we paid 16k for two nites... We told her it will not be possible to stay as my we are not comfortable with the room condition... ANU said it's our choice but AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.... We checkout from this villa immediately next morning... I am suprise that such people or villas chains are working here were GUEST are told TO ADJUST even though we are paying for it. We told her that we will put the consumer fraudulent case on ANU and villa farms to make sure NO OTHER CUSTOMERS are fooled around........"

"So we stayed for one night, and it was ok, but the rooms just felt dingy, they had bars on the windows and were very small. The toilet seat was broken. The pool wasn't that clean. You had to order food and they brought it to your room or a very small dining room. I think this could be a beautiful little hotel, but they seem to have just concentrated on the pool area and nothing else. It's in a beautiful area surrounded by tea plantations and nature, and it would have been amazing to eat a nice dinner out looking over the views. Also, there seemed to be one girl doing everything (she was lovely though). We booked a mountain view room, but apparently got upgraded to a "pool view" I would rather have looked at the lovely surroundings than lots of plastic. Sorry sandalo."

"Kitchen fumes will not let you sleep. This is my 4th visit to this property. They do not value the repeat customers. Presently staying at the property and writing this review. Despite being a repeat customer, I have been denied valley view balcony room, they gave me room facing the parking. You pay premium price just to smell the exhaust coming from the kitchen. The entire property is filled with kitchen fumes. Last time I was in a balcony room which was facing the balcony and it had carpet and the cleanliness was much much better, but the current room is very very pathetic. The cleanliness has also degraded."
