"我和老公和3歲孩子一起旅行,2 nites到Ooty,預訂了這個別墅....,支付了這麼大一筆錢,最糟糕的體驗.....協調員可悲...位置極其裏面,我們實際要求警察***允許我們在那個地區.......清潔度,衛生和房間條件可悲....洗手間臭的不行,沒有洗漱用品,玻璃很髒....房間裏面的蒼蠅....AC不工作...房間幽閉恐懼症cz沒有通風沒有適當粉絲系統.....我孩子整夜出汗cz沒有粉絲或AC...我們馬上和協調員ANU女士談了 但是她說她明天會修好 需要調整tonite....我們問她AC還不工作 比她說...我們告訴了她說我們會在這裏住噸位,要求您退還第二夜金額...她SAID說是NON REFUNDABLE....她只能幫她退1k作爲我們支付了16k的金額2nites...我們告訴她不可能作爲我的我們對房間條件不舒服...ANU說是我們的選擇,但AMOUNT不是退錢....我們第二天早上馬上從這個別墅結賬...我很驚訝這樣的人或別墅連鎖店在這裏工作是客人被告知要調整即使我們付錢,我們告訴她,我們將把消費者欺詐案件放在ANU和別墅農場,以確保沒有其他客戶被愚弄........"

"So we stayed for one night, and it was ok, but the rooms just felt dingy, they had bars on the windows and were very small. The toilet seat was broken. The pool wasn't that clean. You had to order food and they brought it to your room or a very small dining room. I think this could be a beautiful little hotel, but they seem to have just concentrated on the pool area and nothing else. It's in a beautiful area surrounded by tea plantations and nature, and it would have been amazing to eat a nice dinner out looking over the views. Also, there seemed to be one girl doing everything (she was lovely though). We booked a mountain view room, but apparently got upgraded to a "pool view" I would rather have looked at the lovely surroundings than lots of plastic. Sorry sandalo."

"We spent four days at this lovely heritage hotel and enjoyed a relaxing stay. We upgraded to the Silver Oak room in the annex behind the original building because it has an entry room with a desk (and twin bed) that my husband could use for writing during our stay. It worked perfectly! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. The staff was warm and welcoming and we especially appreciated Gita, the manager, who helped us before we arrived and during our stay. In addition to daily breakfast, we also ate some lunch and dinners at the hotel and can honestly say the hotel chef (who comes from the Taj) has excellent taste! The flavors of the curries we ordered were some of the best we've had on our ten week trip to India. My husband also loved the continental grilled chicken platter and said it was some of the best he's had as well. Our favorite thing to do at the end of the day was to sit in the garden and birdwatch. The highlight was spotting the tiny and adorable black and orange flycatcher ***** with the grey headed canary flycatcher. They made appearances every day we were there as did a couple huge and fabulous Malabar squirrels. Coonoor is a lovely respite from the heat and dust of the valley below and it's easy to understand why the British developed this hill station as a summer destination so long ago. Staying at Wallwood Garden Hotel helped us feel like we were living "back in the day...""

"Lovely little cosy cottage amidst the greens by the reservoir. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the mountains. Fantastic service, great food. We traveled with two kids, one of whom enjoyed playing cricket on the hillside with local kids from the area. There are only two rooms available, it's perfect for a family getaway."

"Kitchen fumes will not let you sleep. This is my 4th visit to this property. They do not value the repeat customers. Presently staying at the property and writing this review. Despite being a repeat customer, I have been denied valley view balcony room, they gave me room facing the parking. You pay premium price just to smell the exhaust coming from the kitchen. The entire property is filled with kitchen fumes. Last time I was in a balcony room which was facing the balcony and it had carpet and the cleanliness was much much better, but the current room is very very pathetic. The cleanliness has also degraded."
