歐蒂艾爾克山斯特爾靈飯店(Sterling Ooty Elk Hill)

As for the ***agement, the government is keeping tabs on foreigners asking for all the documents for legally entering the country. It’s really hostile for ***agement to act like immigration officers. And then bothering again and again because they made a mistake in filing some government intimations forms about a foreigner being here. No other hotel system in other states have bothered me about my documents even after I entered this country legally. They placed us in a corner and forgot about us. Room service only showed up after 3rd day, room cleaning. Overall, this place is just a fancy looking place with poor services. FYI their food was horrible, it tasted like rubbish, weird blend of spices that didn’t even felt like Indian food. I ordered Gobi ***churian and some fries that arrived cold. Outside food is not allowed, so I had to walk a quarter of a km away in the cold so be prepared. 4 star resort with 2 star service.

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

Positives - Comfortable beds. Nice views. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Negatives - Wifi didn’t work. Service was painfully slow.

Good stay Nice staff But very costly

We had a nemorable stay. The serive and hospitality weee excellent. The front office staff expecially Suprav abd Shivangi were very receptive and cooperative. The food was awesome and tasty. The waiters at the restaurant were brisk . The services of house keeping staff Shankar, Saroja, jeerthana and all others were very warm courteous and obliging. Overall unforgettable Jind if stay.

It is nice to stay here. Staffs are very cooperative. I met here with Mr Aftab, He helped me a lot and made my stay more comfortable. I always prefer to stay here. I also advise others to book this hotel ,when you plan to visit Ooty. All the best 👍

We came here for cocples tour with my friend. The hotel is very good and clean and maintained the food was ok. The staff was good and Anitha was great and very helpful. We will definitely recommend to friends and family

Was so good to dine at sterling Ooty…..full of chillness….very good ambience too….had delicious food items in the afternoon followed by tea in the evening…..such a good moments at sterling to recollect……good food quality and staff service were so good…..enjoyed well

We've stayed at Sterling Elk Hill ***y times. It is located up on a hill with great views. The property is well maintained and Sterling team does a great job of making the guests comfortable. Restaurant and in room dining is good and there are play areas and activities to keep kids busy. Great option for a comfortable stay.
