Jjpavlo997224The hotel was awesome. They had a dog bed set up in the room with a water and food dish, plus a doggie bag with food and treats from Terra Canis. Our dog loved it and she is a very picky eater. We thought this was very nice for the hotel to do. Made us feel at home. The view was awesome, We were on the 11th floor and you could look out over the city. At night with the lights was also pretty cool. The food was awesome, We ate dinner in the hotel and food was So Good, I would recommend it if you stay here. Breakfast had bacon and eggs and meats, cheeses, rolls and so much more. The service was also great. We also thought the location was great because they had a nice park right next to the hotel to walk with the dog. We also got lucky with free street parking right in front of the hotel.

7726michaelvWe dont have anything negative to say about the hotel. Everything was working very well. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Service in the reception is good and all of the facilities are working as they should. Absolutely no issues on that part and considering the price, then it is an absolute bargain. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel and that was on the other hand a disaster. It was quite booked on the day we visited, because of some corporate event. This resulted in the waitress being a bit stressed, but it was still handled very badly. We waited half an hour to get the menu. After that we was informed that some of the courses couldnt be served, because they were out of different things, but we got an option to order one burger, which was not served on the homemade bread that normally was served, but on some cheap bun from the supermarket. Considering Covid-19 we also observed that menu's were just delivered from one occapied table to another - without any cleaning - and after we had observed that one guest had been licking their fingers between every side swap in the menu. Disgusting and in the current covid situation absolutely not acceptable. In total. 5 star for the hotel. 1 star for the restaurant. Would happily go back to visit hotel, but the restaurant visit was not acceptable.

訪訪客用戶這是我第一次住自助酒店。體驗非常好。房間很乾凈，有廚房，餐具齊全且收拾得很乾凈，擺放在灶台下方的櫥門抽屜裏。油鹽都有。碗碟在上方的櫥櫃裏，夠三個人使用。洗碗的海綿和洗滌劑在水池邊上。有微波爐，有冰箱。我們買了蔬菜水果雞蛋就放冰箱，夠吃好多天，不用每天採購，也省了外出就餐的錢。衞生間很明亮乾淨，德國本來就乾爽，衞生間的毛巾浴巾晾在那兒，晚上回來就幹了。酒店位於市中心，門口交通非常方便，我們就坐公交去威廉高地公園。酒店旁邊就是超市，買些生活用品非常方便。這種酒店很合適在德國自由行的遊客。

訪訪客Positiv ist, dass ich doch recht gut geschlafen habe obwohl ich das Zimmer eher als unangenehm empfand. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Mich hat ein starker Plastikgeruch im Zimmer empfangen der wohl von den Blickdichten Plastikvorhängen kam. Es war zum Glück warm genug und nicht zu warm um das Fenster offen zu lassen. Das Bad war sehr großzügig, was bei den Dachschrägen aber sein musste. Im Flur an der Wand die zur Dusche angrenzt wellt sich die Tapete und löst sich schon teilweise. Die Bewertung bei den Kollegen war gemischt, ggf. gibt es hier auch angenehmere Zimmer. Meines war es nicht und ich werde nicht nochmal kommen.

我們五年前住在這家飯店，時髦的老建築（朝東的景色），但所有的設施都有：好床、大房間、很棒的大廳、包括晚間小吃，甚至還有一張撞球桌。好吧，一切都消失了，床墊破舊，床架發出噪音，房間裡滿是灰塵。我最終把床墊放在地板上，整個晚上都被窒息了。他們把冰箱從房間搬走了。沒有空調，臨街噪音嚴重。他們關閉了大堂，不再提供晚間小吃，也沒有地方可以閒逛。曾經豐盛可口的早餐現在是白麵包、玉米片和乾炒蛋。接待人員很好，但沒有幫助，他們很難掌握德語以外的任何語言。每晚 200 美元，相當於垃圾場。避開這個地方，你可以在卡塞爾以不到一半的價格找到更好的地方。

我們和兩個孩子在塔套房住了兩晚,在卡塞爾360度的視野中,我們甚至可以從房間看到大力神。孩子們立刻在這個寬敞的房間裏感到賓至如歸。酒店的位置非常中心,酒店下面有一個停車庫。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。我們真的很欣賞我們過去發現卡塞爾的免費公共交通票。早餐非常好,有很多選擇和新鮮的食物。如果你和家人一起前往卡塞爾,我會推薦這家酒店。

訪訪客用戶Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Da ich etwas vor der üblichen check in Zeit gekommen war, wurde ich auf das Zimmer begleitet. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 309) liegt nach hinten raus, also abseits der Straße. Zimmer und Bad sind für ein Hotel dieser Klasse sehr geräumig. Alles ist da, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher (ohne Tee oder Kaffee) und ein Kühlschrank. Das Bett ist bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Einen kleinen Balkon hat das Zimmer auch noch. Weitere Vorteile: der Nahverkehr ist direkt vor der Tür, sodaß man gut in das Stadtzentrum kommt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

IIslam S我們對酒店和房間的舒適感到非常驚訝。前台接待員在凌晨1點接待我們,微笑着。房間寬敞,兩張大牀和一張小牀,我們作爲一個家庭所需要的一切。牀很舒服,一切都很乾淨。浴室再次很乾淨。最好的部分是早餐。各種各樣的奶酪,麥片和驚人的煎餅。早餐中的一切都很好,再次很乾淨。早餐期間的女服務員很可愛,非常令人放心,因爲我們被孩子們弄得一團糟。我給這家酒店5分,因爲它有我們需要的一切,比我們預期的要多。正如我大兒子說“這家酒店太棒了” 。停車是收費的,如果8歐元,這是可以接受的。也許在淡季,它可能是免費的,除非它是由私營公司擁有,然後是可以理解的。我們會再來100%
