Bien ubicado, el hotel un poco viejo

I have stayed in many hotels, most more expensive than this one, and this was the best room I have ever stayed in! I have never stayed in a cleaner room. I dealt with 3 different individuals at the front desk and all were wonderful going out of their way to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying there and will stay there again myself. Several good places to eat within a few minutes of the hotel.

Excellent hotel for a short stay or longer term. Very clean and well-maintained. I plan on staying there again in the future.

Very convenient to Short Pump mall area. Tom Leonards right next door. Staff very nice. Suite clean bit slightly dated.

The beds and pillow were the best I have ever slept in anywhere across the country. Such a wonderful night sleep full pillows, one firm, one soft four in all fantastic sleeping.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean room. Peaceful environment. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again whenever i return to Richmond!

My only complaint is the water in shower could’ve been hotter.

Room is good size and a good deal for the price. Staff is very nice. Free coffee 24x7. Location is very good. The room was very quiet and had a lot of amenities s the only negative is that the room and furnishings are dated. With a little upgrade it could be great.

The parking was very good. I also liked that there were free washing machines and dryers to use at anytime of the day/night. I thought the rooms were dated and could do with an update. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
